So i came in to just get a case for my new phone. When i came in the store there were two workers…read moreassisting customers and me in the store. As i was looking at the cases another gentleman came into the store and spoke to the man that was working behind the counter. And he told him he would be right with him. Once the employee finished with his customer he then proceeded to take the gentleman that came in the store after me without even asking me if i needed any help or even greeting me. I waited in the store longer than necessary because again all i came in for was a case. The other employee did end up taking me and apologized for my wait and thanked me for my patience. It sounded like he knew the customers issue as he got on the phone and called to help him with it but there still should've been some acknowledgment and help prior to him assisting this other customer who came into the store after me. 2 stars for the young lady who did assist me.

Besides having a cool name, Matt and John were really great guys. They fixed my phone while I ran some errands came back and it worked good as new.
