My mother came into this store to get a phone upgrade and in store he told her she was getting a $30/month credit plus a $100/month credit. After my mother left, I started receiving text messages saying that we had been enrolled in several programs such as home tech and I started receiving emails that my bill would be increasing by over $100. I called Jason immediately and he told me "if I looked closer at the emails I'd see that it was an estimate and not accurate" and that "AI" was sending texts about new services and that they're wrong and I should just ignore him. 2 weeks later I got a bill that is almost $100 more than previous months with all of the services that's Jason told me "ai" sent but were wrong. When I called Jason he lied and insisted that he didn't help my mother when his name is clearly on the sales receipt and also lied and insisted that he couldn't help me unless I was present in the store. When I tried to get his managers info to escalate he said he couldn't provide information about his employees. Jason is beyond unprofessional he's also a liar

Not only did he scam us into paying for all the add-ons without our knowledge, but when we went to turn in an older phone, he messed up my phone number and refused to admit to the mistake. He then proceeded to come up with a bullshit excuse about why, even though it was under someone else's name, it should still hit my account. I left and called AT&T support. It turns out my trade-in was not registered to my account at all, so I would not receive the benefits and would have to pay full price. Currently, the unresolved issues are: my phone number is still incorrect, the trade-in has not been linked to my account, and I have not received the trade-in benefits. This store is a scam; the workers are liars. If you still want to go, make sure to bring someone who is willing to fight tooth and nail for you. Because that is what it will take. As i was looking at the cases another gentleman came into the store and spoke to the man that was working behind the counter. And he told him he would be right with him. Once the employee finished with his customer he then proceeded to take the gentleman that came in the store after me without even asking me if i needed any help or even greeting me. I waited in the store longer than necessary because again all i came in for was a case. The other employee did end up taking me and apologized for my wait and thanked me for my patience. It sounded like he knew the customers issue as he got on the phone and called to help him with it but there still should've been some acknowledgment and help prior to him assisting this other customer who came into the store after me. 2 stars for the young lady who did assist me.

I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion.
