My mother came into this store to get a phone upgrade and in store he told her she was getting a $30/month credit plus a $100/month credit. After my mother left, I started receiving text messages saying that we had been enrolled in several programs such as home tech and I started receiving emails that my bill would be increasing by over $100. I called Jason immediately and he told me "if I looked closer at the emails I'd see that it was an estimate and not accurate" and that "AI" was sending texts about new services and that they're wrong and I should just ignore him. 2 weeks later I got a bill that is almost $100 more than previous months with all of the services that's Jason told me "ai" sent but were wrong. When I called Jason he lied and insisted that he didn't help my mother when his name is clearly on the sales receipt and also lied and insisted that he couldn't help me unless I was present in the store. Not only did he scam us into paying for all the add-ons without our knowledge, but when we went to turn in an older phone, he messed up my phone number and refused to admit to the mistake. He then proceeded to come up with a bullshit excuse about why, even though it was under someone else's name, it should still hit my account. I left and called AT&T support. It turns out my trade-in was not registered to my account at all, so I would not receive the benefits and would have to pay full price. Currently, the unresolved issues are: my phone number is still incorrect, the trade-in has not been linked to my account, and I have not received the trade-in benefits. This store is a scam; the workers are liars. If you still want to go, make sure to bring someone who is willing to fight tooth and nail for you. Because that is what it will take.
