DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET SCAMMED. Jason H who is the manager of this store is a scam artist and liar and deserves to be fired. My mother came into this store to get a phone upgrade and in store he told her she was getting a $30/month credit plus a $100/month credit. After my mother left, I started receiving text messages saying that we had been enrolled in several programs such as home tech and I started receiving emails that my bill would be increasing by over $100. I called Jason immediately and he told me "if I looked closer at the emails I'd see that it was an estimate and not accurate" and that "AI" was sending texts about new services and that they're wrong and I should just ignore him. 2 weeks later I got a bill that is almost $100 more than previous months with all of the services that's Jason told me "ai" sent but were wrong. When I called Jason he lied and insisted that he didn't help my mother when his name is clearly on the sales receipt and also lied and insisted that he couldn't help me unless I was present in the store. First of all, the salesmen are liars. If they ask you to sign ANYTHING, make sure they let you read the documents first. The sales associate we had, Wyatt, did a terrible job. Not only did he scam us into paying for all the add-ons without our knowledge, but when we went to turn in an older phone, he messed up my phone number and refused to admit to the mistake. He then proceeded to come up with a bullshit excuse about why, even though it was under someone else's name, it should still hit my account. I left and called AT&T support. It turns out my trade-in was not registered to my account at all, so I would not receive the benefits and would have to pay full price. Currently, the unresolved issues are: my phone number is still incorrect, the trade-in has not been linked to my account, and I have not received the trade-in benefits. This store is a scam; the workers are liars. If you still want to go, make sure to bring someone who is willing to fight tooth and nail for you. Because that is what it will take. We went to AT&T store in Middletown, Delaware and was greeted by Kaitlyn. We were there to get a new phone. She was very helpful, informative and was very pleasant. When we first arrived, there was only one other person in the store being help by someone else. About 15 minutes later the store was full. She acknowledged every person that walked thru the door, which now a days that just doesn't happen. While my phone transfer was happening, she helped 2 other people. She was hustling and juggling multiple people, but she kept coming over to check on us and the progress of the transfer. She helped multiple people efficiently and did it well. She definitely deserves a great review. If you go there, ask for her it was a pleasure dealing with her. read more

I was sold an overpriced screen protector ($44) that had a guaranty against breakage of the screen (up to $100). When I opened it, 3 months later, the packaging INSIDE the package stated it must be "registered" within 15 days of purchase. I was not told of this stipulation when the store sold me this product. When I when to the store, they said there was nothing they could do and would not even give me store credit for what I paid for the item when returned brand new unused with the packaging! This was clearly not the first time this issue has come up in this store, the this is the way they have chosen to handle it. I will never give them my business again. read more

I've used this location three times now and each time when you walk into the store the reps look at you like you have three heads. But once you tell them what you need they're pretty informative and nice. I don't like how the store never has what you want and you have to wait because it has to be ordered. Kinda bites! read more

I'm writing this because twice this store has done an amazing job (Keenan) for my parents, both in their 70's and 80's. Obviously they aren't the best at adopting the newest tech and hold on to older mobile devices but Keenan has gone above and beyond helping them transfer information, making them feel welcome and providing assistance with new purchases. As I'm across the country it feels great knowing they have great local support. They are loyal customers. Thank you for hiring a great ambassador for the store. read more
