    I went to ATt store on mcHenry $189 a month for TV and cell service $60 more than Xfinity.

    Went in on a Sunday morning, Store wasn't too busy so I was helped relatively quickly. I had just…read morehad a bad experience at the T-Mobile in the Modesto mall and I was hoping that the McHenry location would help me better. Max did an amazing job helping me. He checked my phone for water damage and cracks but didn't find any. So after reviewing my phone and making sure that it was not damaged, he processed warranty exchange. Cost me only $5! I really appreciate his help because the people at the mall did not want to do it for me. They said that the phone was so old that it was no longer covered in the warranty. Max informed me that because I had insurance on my phone it had lifetime warranty! I really appreciate the fact that Max went out of his way to help me. He truly went above and beyond. He and his team did a great job. Thank you guys! The mall should learn a thing or two from Max and his team.

    I was a T-Mobile customer since the early 1990's. I had mobile phones. But, service both online and…read morein house got so bad, as well as continuous billing issues that I left in the last year. I noticed today that they are running a special for 35 dollars for 5g internet. Since I pay Verizon 80 dollars a month ( and have absolutely no issues with billing, customer service etc), I dont need to change to get a cheaperand poor service. I called out of curiousity. Said I would try for a few weeks, and make a determination if I would change. But, of course there was a hang up. They said they could not verify me and wanted me to unlock my credit. I am not busy enough to write this review, but am busy to sit for an hour or more unlocking THREE credit bureaus. ( she could not tell me which one they check). With a +800 credit score , never missing a payment in +40 years, to not be able to verify me is an annoyance. So T-mobile despite the lower monthly I will stay with VERIZON ( because I learned also during these years you continuously give low prices at the beginning and then raise your prices ).

    Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

BUT what he was watching on the tv was inappropriate for a place of business. I did not catch the first line of the show that was on the TV but the next line (that was repeated several times) was, "I'm gonna eat your a**." Luckily the daughter that was with me is an adult, but that really doesn't matter. I am in a place of business that is not catering to strip joint clients. I am in a business that is catering to people of all ages. It was highly inappropriate to be hearing this on the TV that was accessible to everybody in the store. I will say that when I looked at the TV, everybody was fully clothed, but that is still inexcusable for the type of language that was being said on this particular TV program. I will not be back because I do not want to hear that. What you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but not in a place of business. I will be letting all of my families and friends know not to go there. I am just glad that my younger daughter was not with me. oh, and by the way, the employee apologized for what was on the TV. As if that made it OK.

    I am beyond disappointed. I walked in only to get help with activating my sons gizmo watch. Kam who…read moreis an employee there insisted that I should switch carriers for my phone plan, I said no I've been with my carrier for many years same phone number I have 6 lines. He offered me $10 per line on a business account. I paid over $500 just to switch over. Got my fist bill over $300 went to store to get help since they said I'd be paying less than the $180 I was paying for my lines with other carrier. They said they would call me with update never did. I have multiple messages back and forth from Kam and Tyvon. My second bill was over $500 Had to call customer service and they said I had 11 lines activated to my account. I had them remove those extra lines I didn't need or want. It's been five months since I opened my account with them and they refused to help me. I had to call customer service every single month and they say they will investigate. I have been paying my bill on time because I don't want my phone disconnected including this month rep said I only had to pay $129 and she would clear the remaining $200. My lines got disconnected yesterday for "nonpayment" I was there last night again and Tyvone said I have to wait until Saturday to maybe find the business account manager that apparently only works in Saturdays he refused to give me his contact information. And now says that they could not have offered me $10 per line he also denied having ever messaged me regarding this situation he said he never got any messages. I have them saved on my phone I showed him he didn't know what to say. Lies lies. They do lie to get you to switch over and then refuse to help. I would not recommend specifically working with this two people. My personal experience was terrible.
