    Horrible customer service. Although the representatives are nice they continually lie and give false promises. Bate and switch promotions.

    Be careful when signing contracts there. The sales folk can be misleading. Good store otherwise.

I received immediate service from the customer service professional. I was able to trade in my phone with my upgrade offer. Thank goodness, because I did not have insurance on my phone. On a limited budget with no down payment saved for my trade-in, upgrade, and promotion, I was able to get a new iPhone 16 out the door with no down payment, nothing to finance, and a 2-year contract. I had tons of photos and apps. When the transfer took longer, the entire staff, in their busy times, traded off to give me exemplary service, along with the amazing store manager who pulled all the numbers together. As for the long wait, the manager gave me a T-Mobile bag of treasures from the inventory. They really deserve a 10-star review because they were beyond exceptional. These are sales professionals you can trust with your device and finances.

I noticed today that they are running a special for 35 dollars for 5g internet. Since I pay Verizon 80 dollars a month ( and have absolutely no issues with billing, customer service etc), I dont need to change to get a cheaperand poor service. I called out of curiousity. Said I would try for a few weeks, and make a determination if I would change. But, of course there was a hang up. They said they could not verify me and wanted me to unlock my credit. I am not busy enough to write this review, but am busy to sit for an hour or more unlocking THREE credit bureaus. ( she could not tell me which one they check). With a +800 credit score , never missing a payment in +40 years, to not be able to verify me is an annoyance. So T-mobile despite the lower monthly I will stay with VERIZON ( because I learned also during these years you continuously give low prices at the beginning and then raise your prices ).

    Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

They…read moredidn't have screen protectors so we decided to go next door to buy some and have them put on our phones. The worker seemed nice and worked quickly. BUT what he was watching on the tv was inappropriate for a place of business. I did not catch the first line of the show that was on the TV but the next line (that was repeated several times) was, "I'm gonna eat your a**." Luckily the daughter that was with me is an adult, but that really doesn't matter. I am in a place of business that is not catering to strip joint clients. I am in a business that is catering to people of all ages. It was highly inappropriate to be hearing this on the TV that was accessible to everybody in the store. I will say that when I looked at the TV, everybody was fully clothed, but that is still inexcusable for the type of language that was being said on this particular TV program. I will not be back because I do not want to hear that. What you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but not in a place of business. I will be letting all of my families and friends know not to go there. I am just glad that my younger daughter was not with me. oh, and by the way, the employee apologized for what was on the TV. As if that made it OK.
