"After trying for probably more than 30 minutes to speak to a person in the store (when the store is supposedly open), I have come to the conclusion they don't know how to answer a telephone! It would have been faster to get back in my vehicle and drive the five plus miles and knock on their door." I wanted to notify the person in the store who had failed to restart my cell phone that I had finally been able to get it unlocked. However, there is no point in trying to help them know it was possible to get the phone working if they don't sufficiently respect customers by answering incoming calls. Perhaps they should get an old style wire connected telephone that has a loud bell. There was a time, more than sixty years ago, when AT&T provided good service. I bought a phone at AT&T but decided to return it since it didn't hold a charge. Instead of just giving me my money back, I only had the phone a couple of days, they charged me a "restocking fee." of $45.00. I was going to buy another phone for $49.99, but was told by Emily that it was $80 to buy it in the store. What a ripoff. When you're in an AT&T store it's always another $30-$40 with these people. Their extra charges are out of control. That "restocking fee" is legally only supposed to be 20% of the price. If you want to buy a new phone, buy from the manufacturer such as Motorola or LG and order your phone so it doesn't have all the AT&T apps on it. read more

We just wanted a simple upgrade on my mom's phone. Nothing ever seems to be easy with AT&T. But this time was a real frustration. The salesman, Erik, Couldn't access my account, so he sent us home, telling us the phone would be operational in about 20 minutes. Sometime later I received a text from Erik telling me the access code had expired on our email and I would need to come in for a new SIM card. BTW, He Never mentioned at the store that we would be receiving an email and access code. When I made my second trip into the store, Justin assisted me. When he asked Erik "She just needs a new SIM card, right?" Erik shrugged his shoulders and said, "I have no idea", very flippantly & walked away. Justin is the only reason I'm giving this review two stars. He was very helpful and able to get my moms phone on within 10 minutes. He actually texted me the access code right there. If there were a better company to deal with, we would not deal with AT&T. And we will definitely avoid Erik in the future. I didn't deserve his attitude. read more

Went into the store to buy 2 watches and other than the clerk telling me wrong information ( he said its buy one get one free) everything was going fine. All the sudden the clerk that was "helping" us walks up and shoves a mask in my face and says this is required. stopped what I was doing told him I can't wear a mask, they are not the only place in town selling watches and walked out the door. Clerk then followed us out the door and says QUOTE " F*** You I'm tired of people coming in here with an attitude, be a man and wear a mask". Two other employees in the store refused to give information about when a manager would be in so I could talk personally to them only stating that they "did not know" read more

Been scamming us for the past few yrs where we traded a phone for credits that were never reflected, payed a phone completely and we're told that we owe 200-400. WE ARE SICK OF THIS ON GOING FARCE, WITH THIS COMPANY. We will be pursuing legal action. read more

AT&T in Moses Lake is sub par. You always have to check in and wait for 10-15 minutes. Once you finally get someone to help you, and you have a device issue Any time they put you on the phone for an hour. I work in cell phones and know most troubleshooting steps. I try to tell the people in store, and on the phone this as well, they just blow me off like I'm dumb. Once they tell me they can't fix my device issue the only "solution" is to get a new phone. I feel like they don't even try to help you if you're still in contract to get a new phone. I would say a solid 70% of the people that work at the Moses Lake store just want to make a sale, not help customers with anything else. read more
