-1 Worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and have never had such a rude interaction with a staff member . Moses lake Verizon should be ashamed they hired a flat out racist. I never use the racist card but the fact that we walked in at the same time as a white older gentleman and was treated complete differently ... My family and I entered the store. Were not only meet with a quick what do you need but when he asked for my ID he raised his voice at me, and repeated it louder. Which caused my husband and I to look at each other . My husband said maybe we should go and do this another day. Must have click how rude he was being so he asked why....I Simply said because he seemed bother and maybe he was busy. The rudeness just radiated out of him. I am always nice, especially when I have my 3 littles with me. And treat others with respect even when being treated so poorly. My family and I will never ! Never step foot in this Verizon store. I would rather travel 1 hr 30 mins then ever feel such disregard to human kindness. read more

This store is never open when it says it's supposed to be open. Ordered a new phone, they told me to pick it up Saturday and then they never opened the damn store the entire weekend. WTH?! ‍ small town biz is the worst. Not dependable, and corporate doesn't care. Will definitely not use this place again. Do whatever you can to go somewhere else. read more

I'm pretty sure everyone working here today is brand-new, so they'll probably get better in time. However, I've been a loyal Verizon customer since 2003 and this is the sloooooowest store I've ever visited. Don't visit unless you have at least a couple hours to burn. I was the only one in line when I arrived, and there are 4 waiting behind me now (45 min later) with another 4-5 customers that left who didn't have the time to wait. read more

We went in a week or two ago to get the new iPhone SE and they didn't ask us what size memory we wanted on our phone and almost gave us the wrong phone! The lady working there barely said a word to us. We were very under informed. Once the right phone finally came in stock once again a different employee barely said a word to us and was no help at all. He just handed us the phone and told us to switch the SIM card. Lousy service! Once we switched our SIM card the phone number won't even work! Maybe if they had better customer service and had actually provided some help this wouldn't be happening. read more

The reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because of the sales "rep" named Julie. Talk about horrible costumer service! Yuck!! First of all, when you represent a company and are there working as a customer service rep, you are supposed to provide assistance and advice to your customers who are there to purchase products or services!!! I'm pretty sure your boss doesn't pay you to sit on your lazy ass all day just to file your nails!! And have you heard about "the customer is ALWAYS right!!" You are there to figure out a solution and answer questions, not to be rude and try to prove your customers wrong! Find a solution!!! She needs to be fired!! Gives Verizon a bad look! Be aware this is a very long tale of woe. I purchased a pay as you go phone and transferred my existing number to it on Saturday, October 31 at the Moses Lake TCC Verizon store. On Monday morning I was back at the store because my text messages were going to the old phone. Keep in mind that I don't get text messages very often, but texting is important to me. On Monday, November 2, I returned to the store and an employee called the port center and they redid what they had to do and sent me on my way. Thursday, November 5, I was still receiving texts on the old phone. Friday morning, November 6, I was back at the Moses Lake store talking to another employee, with another call to the Port center. Before I even left the parking lot I found out that I wasn't receiving texts at all now. Back in the store I went. An employee and I spent 2 hours with Tech Support trying to resolve the issue. Tech support suggested a new sim card. However, the Moses Lake store does not carry sim cards. I then drove an hour and a half to a corporate store in the Tri-Cities for a new sim card. There, the Corporate Verizon store determined that the phone had a manufacturers defect. We called the TCC store in Richland, who had the same manager as the Moses Lake store, and asked if they would exchange the phone for me. They told the salesperson they would put one aside for me. I drove to the TCC branch in Richland and was told that they had to go through the 2 hour tech support process again. I will admit that by now, I was not very pleasant to the salesperson and I do apologize. It isn't his fault his manager was being this way. I found out later that the manager had witnessed my entire two hour tech support in Moses Lake and knew we had already tried that approach. I decided not to go through that process again at the Richland branch, but to return to the store where I knew they were aware I had already gone through tech support. Back to the Moses Lake branch. By now I had spent eight hours on the road or in a store trying to get this resolved. In the Moses Lake store, after the employee had contacted the manager, we went through tech support again, and then I was told that the manager is refusing to refund or give me a new phone because he wouldn't get money for the old phone. I was stuck with having to buy a new phone if I wanted to resolve this issue. I told the employee I am thankful for their help but I will not buy another phone from this store. This is the customer service that the manager gave me. The employees went out of their way to help me. However, the manager, I believe his name is Alex, would not stand behind the products or service that he sells. Nor does he remember the Code of Ethics that he is supposed to follow based on TCC's website, Verizon's Code of Ethics, nor even Samsung's Ethics towards customer satisfaction. Be aware that if you chose TCC Verizon in Moses Lake or Richland, which he also manages, to purchase your phone, pay as you go, or any other plan, that if something happens, the manager will leave you in the dust and will not back his products nor will he even try to rectify any problems you may have with the product other than have you go through tech support numerous times. By the way, I am still receiving my texts on the old phone. I do believe this can be construed as a security breach as well since my text messages are going to a different phone than the one they are supposed to go to. Mark me as a very unhappy ex-customer. read more
