Very unfriendly. Went into the store to activate another line on my plan. There were 3 workers present; one worker was cleaning off her desk while the other two assisted customers. Not one person greeted me or acknowledged that i was even in the store. One of the workers looked up at me then looked to the desk cleaning working then pretended I was invisible and went back to talking with the customer. After waiting for 5 minutes like a bump on a log I left. Thanks AT&T new castle. You are by far the worst read more

We went in to exchange phones and add service as new customers. Rob our sales consultant was so helpful and informative. He helped us to understand our options and decide what best suited our needs. I have no issues with the cell service. It's very good as far as I'm concerned. The people they have dealing with their customers is questionable though! After explaining why I was there to the employee taking names at the door, I waited 2 hours to be helped (which is not the issue...they were very busy). At this time, I should have been told I couldn't be helped, but nothing was said. My phone wasn't functionally working for me. I only had it 20 days and because I was outside the 14 day return policy they guy "helping" me wouldn't even look at it. He didn't even see if there was anything he could do. He kept saying I had to pay off the phone, and people normal check the storage under settings before getting a phone. Basically, he couldn't do anything. I got up from the table to leave, took 3 steps to the door and hear him mumble how rude I was. I went back to the table and sat down. I realized it was a rude gesture, went back and was trying to tell him what the lady said on the 1 1/2 hour phone call I made before going there. She felt she had exhausted what she could over the phone told me this was a "starter phone" and suggested I go to the store to see if a manager could fix the issue or exchange the phone despite the past due return date (of 6 days). When I said that, he said "I don't make the return policy and neither do the managers. They can't do anything either" and I should have "brought the phone to them before the 14 day deadline to fix". At that point, he got up from the table, walked away from me and went to help someone else! He never looked at, took it or even touched my phone! I sat at the table alone for about 5 min just absolutely stunned with a packed store staring at me! Not ONE other employee came over! Finally, I left to put my stuff in the car and call my husband. He was on his way up when the guy came out and asked for my license. I think they knew I had called someone. Fortunately, the phone acted up and froze while I was there so they could see it was a POS it was. I wasn't leaving without assistance. I waited outside for my husband, by now in tears, when another customer came out and said that he was sorry for the way I was treated. Customers shouldn't be treated that way and certainly not a woman! It was brutal. Kinda left a scar. I wasn't trying to be difficult. I just wanted it fixed. That's what bothered me most. I don't think what I was asking for was unreasonable. I wasn't trying to be mean. And he was...very! read more

It's a really smart move to only have 2 people working on a Saturday afternoon. There's 9 different groups of people in here and only 2 can get helped and setting up new phone contracts isn't exactly a quick process so everyone else just has to stand around aimlessly for an hour before ever getting talked to. Only words that were said to me was "we'll be right with you 2 minutes after I walked in" and then absolutely nothing for the next hour. There was 1 other employee that came out of the back 15 minutes after I got there but he was much more concerned with going on his break than acknowledging the 7-8 other groups of people standing around waiting for someone to talk to them. Not one single "I'm sorry for the long wait" or anything like that at all. If they would of just asked I could of told them I just needed a very simple question answered but since I was ignored the entire hour I stood there they had no idea. Been an AT&T customer for many years. Bought two Iphone6 plus and two Pureglass screen protectors. Sales rep sold me on the Pureglass, told me all about her having it and how it saved her screen. I had a chip after one month, went into store, sales rep is now telling me I had to register the item then file the claim and pay shipping and handling... I am furious that the sale is more important than customer service. No one told us to register product and how it works. I would never buy something guaranteed like this $45 for original purchase and I have the work to attempt to get it replaced now. I registered the item with them now I have to wait up to a week for registration to get processed then I can attempt to claim it and maybe a couple weeks from now have the screen protector. Meanwhile I go without a protector??? Let me make a serious suggestion to AT&T,,, TRAINING!! Teach the sales people to sale and know about the products so they can help a customer not tell them after as if I should know. I am a carpenter, I dont expect the sales rep to know anything about what I do! Maybe they should work for McDonalds. read more
