My first experience on my first visit was with a dude who had no idea of any of the details of the service plans and another dude finally got off his butt to help him although he did so reluctantly. Visit two when I actually tried to change carriers and get a new phone involved about an hour where the dude couldn't get stuff set up claiming there were issues with their tablets and asked me to come back the next day. Since I had serious fonts about the competence of these guys I went to the an actual t-mobile store. Since I had started the transfer process at this location, when I went to an actual t-mobile company store, I had to finish the process with these dudes. So after visit three to this franchise store and finally getting the new phone and turning my old phone in, I started to text friends. None of them recognized the number. Turns out the dude was too lazy to port my number over since he spent most of the texting his buds and not porting my number while I was at the store. Now I am getting responses from t mobile claiming my old phone was not turned in. Even though, the dude, took my old phone in between texting his dude buddies. If you want to feel like doing business walking into a frat house where the dudes are playing video games and enjoying some beers while you get a new phone, then this is your place. If you want to get a new phone and have a knowledgeable staff with competent management on-site, avoid this place at all costs and go to the actual t-mobile run store a mile or so away in the Gator Hole Plaza with the Home Depot and Walmart.

Spectrum kept the line charge and the device charge open for a year than recently told me that they could've just suspended the line charge every 2 months so I could just pay off the actual device and not be charged for actual phone line (number) I was not using. I was told by the store clerk while trying to upgrade on of my other 2 lines that this was poor ethics on my behalf. I said so charging me for a phone line I'm not using is good ethics. Because of their illegal 'BAIT AND SWITCH' I ended up paying $168.03 instead of the agreed on price of $66.25.

I decided to goggle the nearest cricket store to me. As soon as I entered in the store I was welcomed by Brandon, Michael, Angel and Latesha they made me feel liked I'd known them for years. Brandon asked if he could help me, I explained my problem and we talked about the insurance side of it and then I asked if there were any new phones coming out. He said YES! :) the Motorola moto e5 Supra. I returned a few days later after it was available and the customer service here is out of this world. Latesha and Angel were getting everything moved to the new phone and I was able to pick some accessories for this phone, They did not have the glass yet for it, I left my # (I live 3 1/2 hours away) and asked if they would call me when they got one. ( I'm down here about every other week). And I was totally shocked when they called me to tell me the glass was in. They had kept my # and did as they said they would...
