Lost phone while on vacation. Attempted to findmy phone and came up with nothing. Headed to this store after suspending the line on account. The woman wasn't able to unsuspend the line as the "core" wasn't open for them to do it. Her remedy, after telling us that she wasn't able to salvage the number that we've had for X years, was to sell us a brand new iphone 12 with a new phone number and have us call 611 the next morning and switch the whole temp "fix" she created. She, also, insisted that we didn't have insurance, it didn't even occur to her to even look that up until I mentioned it. The other employee seemed confused as to what to do when she asked for help. Super odd to not have anyone know how to handle lost/stolen phone situations. Left the store empty handed as I did a google search sitting there and learned the step-by-step lost/stolen phone insurance process. Called 611 the next morn, the woman stated we had insurance and sent links to start the claim process. Replacement phone in mail. Do they work on commission,.. because we felt she just wanted to sell a phone. Feel lucky she wasn't bright enough to figure out even how to add-a-line. Should have just been told there was nothing they could do and perhaps given the step process once seeing we had insurance. read more

While on vacation my husband took his cell phone into the hot tub. We enjoyed not getting phone calls however he knew he would need it replaced before leaving to return home. We found this store with good ratings. Scott was great to work with. He not only found ways to save money as the phone was not fully paid for. Terrible experience at this store. Austin told us Verizon would pay off my T-Mobile phone directly, told me to just sell my old phone, never mentioned I needed to trade in my phone or I would have to pay it off and then submit and wait 8 weeks for a gift card. When I tried to get help the girl at the store said I had to wait for Austin and it was his day off. Verizon customer service advised us to speak to the store manager. We call and are told manger is at another store. Call that store and we are told they don't have store managers and there are no team leaders in. Pretty much we were told whatever it took for Austin to make the sale and now we keep getting blown off. I now owe for my old phone with T-Mobile and my new phone with Verizon thanks to his lies. read more

After 30 years of being a Verizon customer I was not given good customer service at all when requesting info on an I Phone and was asked to pay for updated fees that were not competitive with other cell phone companies. I saw sprint across the street and told the salesperson that I was going there. He could have cared less. Terrible Customer Service. I worked in customer service for over 40 years and am amazed today how rare Good Customer Service is. read more
