I spent 2 weeks and hours upon hours on the phone with Verizon customer support to fix a doubling billing for Netflix. Went to several brick and mortar stores. NO ONE had a clue how to fix it. I walked in and in less than 5 mins Ryan had it fixed. Don't care how far you have to drive... trust me, it's worth the gas and travel time. Finally a quite competent rep! read more

This is NOT a Verizon store. Do NOT come here if you expect a shop with decent service or anyone to help with an iphone or verizon services. Pious and pompous sales reps. If this isn't a Verizon store then take down the front VERIZON signage!!! Basically, false advertising with horrible service. Save time and frustration and go anywhere else. This is not a corporate store and if you call Verizon, they will advise you against using a non-corporate store for MANY good reasons. The salesman, David, told my boyfriend everything he wanted to hear(but of course he left things out). The problem was we were going to change in our old phones for an upgrade, but David couldn't get all of my apps and information switched over to the new phone so we left with both phones and were assured we could return the new phone in within 14 days. What David failed to mention was we would NOT be able to get our old phone back once he filed the paperwork, and of course he did that right away to make his sale. He lied to us about so many things...just to mention a few....he informed us that they would not be able to reinstate our installment agreement. LIE-Verizon assured us he lied. He took the phones we turned in for credit, and deleted that we turned them in. (This means he canceled the whole contract like it didn't happen, but took credit for the sale, and charged us). Our phones got turned off because we then had an astronomical bill due to his unethical business practices. He will tell you that he is doing business in "good faith", however, he has truly proved the kind of business he is doing & the type of person he is. Dirty, dirty, dirty! They really valued my time at cellular sales. I stopped in to upgrade my phone and it took maybe 20 minutes at most. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, great customer service & they got me the cheapest rate possible! read more

We purchased our second phone from this location today. The same service advisor took care of us and he was exceptional. Joseph actually remembered us from last year and provided the same polite and professional service he did last time. We got a Apple SE for my daughter's birthday. I would avoid this store if you could these guys are not there to help you. I went to get a new phone on a insurance claim I had set everything up for them the day before on the phone with the insurance company. While waiting the two hours to get my new phone (mind you I was the second person in the door that morning) I over heard numerous salesmen flat out lying to customers or just flat out saying they were to lazy to fix their problem. To quote one salesmen "it would be easier if you went to another store to get your problem fixed because it will take me 45 minutes to and hour to fix your issue". read more

Avoid this store at all costs. They will forget who you are the minute you pay and and walk out the door, and they overcharged me, misquoted and misinformed me, and refused to make it right. I was told my bill would be $80 higher this month because of the upgrade - it was over $150 higher. And they charged me for a device and $10 a month I don't need because my phone has a hotspot included in the plan - they told me it was also $10/month. Then they refused to take the device back. They were also unprofessional, rude, and did not take seriously the fact that they inadvertently gave me confidential information from another client, stapled between the pages of my receipt. I was informed by customer service that they are not owned by Verizon. When I went back to the store to try and rectify things, and they would not even listen, I asked for the name of the owner and was told "there isn't one."
