We have been using the cell phone service long time, I called in May trying to save money and one Customer Service Rep. changed my plan telling me it doesn't affect the current plan only hot spot than we didn't use, also she said didn't affect the free text message and rooming in Latin America. Long story short she lye, my plan it was totally different, so I call in June when I received my bill and talked with a Rep. again, and asked him to change the way I asked for, he said he will change that and this month I received and increased of $100 in one of my lines. Called again and I asked to be transfer to a supervisor, her name Lisa Leon, that she didn't even help, after 20 minutes of waiting she said I changed my plan, and I accept the changes she did... she didn't even stop talking when I try to talk. She doesn't event try to help only talk and talk. I asked for the recorded to be sent to my email and her answer it was go to the office and asked for..... that was the answer of that person. How that person is a supervisor when her customer service is the worse. Remember asked for another person to be really help. read more

Stay away from this store and at&t uverse service! I got sucked into a "special offer" when I went in to change my phone contract. Everything the associated said was a incorrect. He quoted me $95 for my package and my bill is $135 plus taxes. When I tried to resolve the issue in the store I was told to wait and by the third bill it would be correct. Well that never happened and every time I called the store I was told that the associate would call me back to resolve the issue. He never called back, when I tried to elevate to the store manager he never called back. When I asked for the district managers contact I was told they didn't know it. To top it all off I never received the $300 in gift cards promised for switching and my service is horrible. Constant issues with the wifi and I have their fastest package. Looks like I'll be switching back to spectrum as soon as possible. This store has the worst customer service! read more

Normally I hate going into mobile phone stores, once T-Mobile sold me a phone and I canceled the order and they never gave me my money back. But this art was really prompt with service and nice. And I went in and out quickly. I'd definitely come back if I had any issues with mobile services again. read more

Beware: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND AT&T. First, if you are planning on getting AT&T wireless I would strongly recommend against it. Their customer service is beyond terrible. With that being said, if you still decide you want their service avoid this store. I went in and setup a business account with associate Kaden Johnson who recently has been terminated. He not only lied about pricing, turning in old phones, etc on top of that when he initially set up my account he also added lines to the account to boost his sales numbers. It has now been over a month and the store has still yet to resolve the matter. The only positive from this store has been associate Luis. He has tried to be as helpful as possible but can only do so much. After two weeks of visiting the store and trying to schedule a time to meet his boss at the store Mike to resolve the multitude of issues created by their associate I arrived to be told that he couldn't do anything and that I would need to call customer service. After going through all of this and being assured I'd be credited back, after returning the phone as I was told I could, now AT&T has not only not credited my account they have billed me for the phone I returned! This has been by far the worst experience I have had when purchasing a phone. I would highly recommend you stay away from AT&T their service both cellular and customer are not worth your time or money. read more

If I could score zero stars, that's exactly what the rating would be. My husband and I came here to upgrade our phones. The salesperson managed to get us to buy Apple watches along with our upgrades, which I didn't mind since they were buy one get one free. We were told that we could pay off what was owed on our previous phones within the month. Should have known that was too good to be true. A month goes buy and I receive a bill for $543.20. I'm aware that the bill could be a little higher due to the upgrade, but it should not have been over $300 more than our usual bill. Come to find out, the sales rep that sold us our phones, added two additional lines to our account and switched the devices under our numbers. He then added two devices that did not belong to us. After explaining this to the store manager, he promised us that this would be taken care of and he would resolve the issue no later than the following Monday. I never received a call back from the store manager. I then followed up with him since he did not do his job, and he assured me that the fraud department was working diligently to credit our account and even said our upgrades would be at no additional cost. Here we are, more than two months later and the issue is still and issue. I called AT&T customer service and they have no record or notation of the event at all. Today is the actual day that it has been reported to the fraud department. Unless you like to be screwed over and waste money that they probably pocket themselves, take your service else where. They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They are a terrible reflection of the entire company. I plan to report every single person involved in this situation! read more

I have been a loyal customer of AT&T all my adult life and have had an AT&T cell phone since the late eighties, but as recently AT&T are venturing out to television and security. I tried the Uverse it was good at first, but then the service and product became less desirable. I had an AT&T Digital Life security system installed in my home, which I was happy with, until I tried to cancel the service. I canceled my service in January when my contract ended, twice! February once and now March! These scumbags are still sending me bills for a service I canceled more than two months ago. If you are thinking about a security service, steer clear of these guys! read more

My wife was over the top impressed with the service received from Joe, District Manager, and Michael, Store Manager on 3/2/16. She warned them both that they were dealing with a techie dunce! They were so understanding and helpful with the selection of a new phone on our U-Verse account. They even stayed well after the 8 PM closing time to complete the data back up and transfer from the old phone to the new. She is wholly dependent on her cell phone, especially texting, for our business, thus the reason they stayed late so she would not be without the phone overnight.
