A friend told us to try this store and we hesitantly gave it a shot. Best decision we've made in a while! Rob and Christina were absolutely amazing and were helpful from the second we arrived. He did this to perfection and showed me my old battery which had ballooned up and had a hole in it. Now my phone is back to normal and it didn't break the bank. I cancelled my service for a number of reasons and made an appt to drop off my equipment. I brought everything in but the wonderful employee who can't do his job, didn't scan everything in. So now I get emails saying if I don't bring the equipment in, I'll be charged. Of course you can't reach the store directly so you call their 800#. And of course the person on the other line is blaming me for not getting a receipt. Oh and they need 7 days to find the equipment and during that time I'll still be charged. Thanks Spectrum, the store on Dale Mabry in Tampa and the waste of a customer service person on the 800#. Just confirmed the many reasons of why leaving was a great idea.
