I received a new i phone prior to Christmas and was dreading going to a Verizon store to get it hooked up just because I figured it would be a zoo during that time of year. I went in around lunchtime on a Saturday and I was in and out of there in under two minutes. Little did I know that all I needed to do was to switch the sim card from my old phone to the new one. I'm not the most tech-savvy person around so I didn't think it was going to be this easy, but it was. The employee that assisted me was extremely friendly and took care of everything for me very easily. They didn't charge me anything and sent me on my way with my new phone ready to go. Next time I ever need to go to a Verizon store for anything, this location will be my first option. read more

My husband and I stopped in today for help. We have always had great service there. The girl today could not have been more unfriendly. She fixed our problem but it was obvious it was the last thing she wanted to do. We will never go back there again. We have been with Verizon for 20 - 30 years. read more

VERIZON WIRELESS is the worst customer service I have encountered in many years. I have been their customer for more than 18 years and whenever there is a problem, I get dispatched to a CSR in another country and they are never able to solve problems. They will promise that things are fixed just to get you to hang up. I upgraded 4 phones and was supposed to receive $800 credit for each phone but for 4 months now, I call every time they bill me without that credit and they keep me on the line for about an hour but they never fix anything. I called today and after 15 minutes with the first operator, she dispatched me to a sales supervisor named KIMBERLY who asked a couple of questions then dispatched me to another CSR named JOMS who was very rude and refused to get me a supervisor no matter how much I asked and after being on the phone for 54 minutes , he hung up the line. Extremely angry that I have been with Verizon for more than 18 years paying a lot of money for the service then I get treated with no decency. Where are the CEO and MANAGERS and why are they allowing for such a horrible customer service.. Every call is logged and recorded and they know exactly who is a bad CSR and who is hanging up on the customers. PLEASE do something about the horrible customer service. Called for an appointment because my iPhone was not working and all I got was a text to speak to remote service rep. Spoke to 3 without any resolution. Got to runaround and was sent a text to call Apple support. I paid for insurance but none of the reps would honor it. It was an obvious hardware problem and they passed me off. Absolutely to worst customer support I've experienced from any company. I will dump Verizon as soon as my contract is finished!! read more

Be very careful when dealing with ANYONE in this office. I perceive that they are heavily awarded and commissioned to upgrade and sell add-ons to everyone who walks through the door. My elderly wife was bamboozled, confused and unknowingly talked into buying something called hum that I guess tells you where restaurants and gas stations are when travelling. We don't travel and she had no idea what the hum device was when she brought it home with the new phone. Thought it was part of the new phone package. Our first indication that it was an add-on was when we got the first bill. The add-on to the phone bill is 12 bucks per month for the length of the contract, 24 months. When I took it back to the store and demanded that they take the hum back and get it off our bill, they stated that it was explained thoroughly to my wife and documented in her record and they couldn't do any thing about it until the contract is over. She doesn't even remember hearing the word hum mentioned. They said it was tough shashitsky. They must Russian. Anyway, just sayin, be careful at this store. read more

Okay, here's the deal. I went in last Thursday to change carriers and change my phone from iPhone to Samsung. Sounded like a great deal based on special. By Friday in Orlando I knew it was a bad idea. Went back on Sunday to change to iPhone6 and turn in my new Samsung phone and the 10 dollar special pad offered along with it. Had a 14 day return policy. Cool! Well, here's the pissy part. When you exchange or turn it back in, they charge you a HUGE restocking fee that really stuck in my craw. I tried not to trip out because there were people in the store and I know they didn't make the rules; however, I would make sure I included that part in when talking about the return policy. Just saying. Lesson: Make sure you want everything you have when you walk out; otherwise, to bring it back you will incur a stiff charge. The 2 gentlemen were very nice and patient with me and said a couple times how they appreciated my patience. I would definitely recommend visiting this locale because they are very knowledgeable and take the time to work with their clients getting acquainted with the new equipment. read more

This store really goes above and beyond for its customers! We recently moved to the area from the Midwest and were delighted by the true "southern hospitality" we received at this store! The staff was more than friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They got us out of our contracts with AT&T, set us up with a much better plan, (a bigger bang for our buck) and then they took the time to walk us through our new phones. They made sure that neither one of us had any remaining questions about our new devices. Definitely going to be repeat customers and would absolutely recommend this store! read more

I didn't appreciate the rude "customer service" the two male employees that work Sunday and Monday provided. They seemed uninterested in their jobs, to say the least. I went in on two separate occasions both times we were greeted with disrespect and attitude.. i believe one was named mark. If employees lack the basic customer care techniques they shouldn't be allowed to work directly with customers. my bsiness sadky was taken elsewhere. read more
