Horrific experience. Bought my phones and my iPhone never worked. Flash to almost two weeks ahead, phone still drops calls. Was told I could only go to THIS store to resolve. Employees apparently can't handle any frustration from their customers and they will make it out like you are the issue. I showed up at this location fearing the worst due to past experiences with other carriers and never went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised when greeted by Hailee who was the representative to assist me. I have been a customer of Verizon for the past six months. Recently I cracked my glass and in the past with Sprint specifically I had to pay $75-$100 to fix my broken glass. I was told by Hailee that I had two free glass replacements and if there are more than that they charge only $10. I was so happy about that. I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes and my problem was resolved. Such a wonderful and stress-free experience. The store is located in a small strip plaza. This location is very clean and provides all of the basic necessities required for cell phone service. Staff was very professional and helpful. read more

Every time I go into a Verizon store I just cringe thinking I'm not going to come out feeling like I m getting what I'm paying for . That all changed when I visited this store while on vacation. Brian Johnson was the most helpful and knowledgeable employee I have ever had the privilege of dealing with when making my Moble phone purchases and changes. He was so pleasant and bent over backwards to help us understand everything and make everything for us as easy as possible . My husband had got his phone wet in the ocean on our vacation and we knew it was going to be costly but by the time we left Brian made it as easy as possible and what I thought was going to possibly ruin our trip turned out to be one of our favorite moments and I got a christmas present out of it from my husband Wi fi for my car . The GoWireless store in Tarpon Springs used to be the model of customer service and satisfaction with Hallee as manager which is why I returned to consolidate and upgrade. The store, under new management for about a year, is the antithesis of this only concerned with numbers, profits and willing to attain so with deceptive sales tactics. I arrived at the store to consolidate my fiance's phone onto my plan and upgrade at the same time. Over two hours later, after multiple calls with support we finally walked out of the store with our upgraded phone, only to find, upon reviewing the paperwork delivered as we exited, that we had been deceived. Initially Darrin O. who was our primary salesperson said they had an incentive on a tablet PC that would only cost $6 month, a gift I thought might be perfect for the granddaughter. Upon examination, we found an additional $35 activation fee, a $50 liquid screen protection fee (which we were advised of for the phone only), a $19.99 Ready to Go Setup (for handing us the box only) and a monthly $20 line charge. I returned to the store two days later and was told to return it would cost an additional $70 restocking fee even though it never was turned on. We decided to wait for Darrin assuming he would make good on his word, and instead was informed that not only that but we would owe an additional $20 for coupons they applied that couldn't be refunded. In addition, my fiance's phone had a double upgrade fee (totaling $70), liquid glass applied to the front and a separate $50 fee to apply it to the back despite the acquisition of a case that guaranteed against breakage. Go Wireless management said that all of these are in the (fine) print, which they are on full examination of paperwork delivered after consummating the sale, but was not what was represented by their salespeople. Slick sales and deceptive practices to boost commissions or profits was instead what they delivered. Rather than continuing to deal with this unethical treatment, I decided instead to take this to both Verizon corporate and Go Wireless corporate. If you too have experienced these deceptive practices, I suggest you too reach out as I am to their multi-store manager, the district manager and the Executive Vice President and Operating Chief as I did to educate them on these less than stellar practices. Feel free to reach out if you need the email addresses and phone numbers as I will be glad to provide them. As a former COO of a three thousand person organization, I understand the cost of customer retention and cannot believe that the organization would continue to treat their clients this way. Only by grouping together and expressing that this is not acceptable will we be able to change things. In the meantime, vote with your dollars by dealing with organizations committed to client satisfaction and earning your hard earned dollars. read more

I was Mislead in a purchase of an Apple Watch Series 8-I went into this store ( Tarpon Springs Fl Victra verizon vendor-# 63428 hoping to take a look at the watch and see how it would look on my wrist and talk to the rep if it would fit my needs. It was not available to look at so ...the representative (Casie )said she would order it for me to  preview *I did not approve of a purchase, but apparently this representative proceeded to charge my account with monthly charges, protect program, trade-in device, activation fee, price of  for an iPhone watch series 8  and more! She had indicated to me that it was being sent to the store so  then I could look at it so to come back in 3 days - when.... she would be there.I did not realize this predicament until a half hour later, when I went to the Palm Harbor store Verizon corporate store and spoke to Charles -assist me with pricing -as they had it and I loved it however he  indicated that it ( a purchase)was on the bill And being delivered to my house*!!!! from there .....I spent hours hours!!!hours on the phone even going back to the  Verizon Victra store and addressing this with this representative (Casie), She dismissed  this problem completely, and said she could not help me -"call customer service", which I then proceeded to do while in the store, she replied, by saying" it won't go to your house. I thought you were here to purchase a watch and not go anywhere else " !!!!??? !I am still not sure these  charges will not show up on my bill...I am never purchasing an iPad- phone- watch from another Verizon Vendor store. read more

This place is the worst Verizon Wireless I have ever been too. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been a Verizon Customers since I got my first phone, and although I love the Verizon Phone Service, this Verizon store is horrible. About 6 months ago I went there to add three lines to my account. They were nice to start, said everything was taken care of and said they applied the 3 lines to my account just like I asked (15 GB shared, unlimited texts and calls). When I got my next bill I was looking at $1500 bill. When I took the bill in they tried blaming me and saying I was unclear instead of just taking responsibility for it and fixing it. After I showed document after document of what I asked for, they then said "Oh, It was a glitch in the system". Everything got fixed after months (4months) of dealing with it. I haven't been back until last week, when I was in Tarpon Springs again and I needed to pay my bill. I have paid my bill at many other Verizon Wirelesses around the area and never have a problem. It's simple so I thought there was no way they could have messed it up. However they did! I paid some in cash and the rest on my card. They changed me an additional 3$ to pay some in cash. And then the cash part that I paid came off but the part I paid on my card didn't. I waited a week thinking it was part of my banks fault. But after a week when it still said I owed money I went back to the store with my receipt. I explained what happen and showed them the record of it being paid in full. They said they called billing and billing told them that it's all been paid. Even though their computer showed different and so did my MyVerizon app on my phone. Leaving the store I didn't have a good feeling about it and so I called billing when I got home. The women in billing was really sweet but said she still sees a remaining balance. However, took care of it all from there. She called the store and worked it out with them and then told me that The Store told her "it was a glitch in there system". I love Verizon and the phone service but save yourself time and frustration and don't go to this Verizon Store. read more
