After all the frustration from the Apple Store my husband was a little hesitant to try The Pod Drop. Sal was very professional. He immediately looked at his phone and diagnosed the issue without charging a diagnostic fee. He had the needed part on hand. He was able to fix it in an hour. I had odd issues, I'm a senior, Android user, and consider myself to be reasonably tech savvy. The first time i went in, 2 of the techs worked together to help me. There was no wait time. Today, I walked in and Derek was on the floor in a moment; again- no wait! I switched from Verizon to AT&T after 19 years because of customer service. This was a long running glitch. I'd asked at TWO other stores in the last couple months about this very issue- a pop up RE: mobile data and was told it was nothing. Derek made it go away. It's really important to me that techs include me in the troubleshooting- I love to learn and am very independent, and Derek was very respectful of that.
