Shockingly duplicitous. Our sales rep, Gopi K, lied to us repeatedly to make her self a commission. We went in just to add our daughter's cell phone to our account. Gopi tricked us into switching to a new plan that ended up costing us an extra $960/year. How did she trick us? 1) Since I'm a critical care physician who takes care of COVID patients, she said I qualified for a huge discount as a front-line worker. She didn't mention the discount didn't start for 3 months and can be terminated by AT&T at any time based on their whim, thus increasing the bill by $75/month, without ever receiving the discount. 2) She would not give us the final bill to look at, but said we could later check it online. Of course, I did not have my AT&T username or password handy, so I had to go home before I could log in and realize her duplicity. 3) She said this was the cheapest way for us to add our daughter's phone. 4) She didn't even say we were changing plans. Of course, this is unlikely a rogue employee. Very likely, AT&T provides incentives such as commissions to trick customers into getting more expensive plans. Don't trust the sales reps at AT&T!!! read more

IF I COUlD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I went here with my son last Sunday evening. We walked in and two people were sitting at a table, each with an employee. On the screen, there was a male name on the list to be helped. Upon entering and five minutes as we stood there, no one approached us, greeted us or said "we will be with you in one minute". We were apparently totally invisible. At one point, an employee helping one man stood up, locked eyes with me, but said nothing. He went in the back. We were at ten minutes and we are literally standing there, waiting to be helped. Another woman came in and she plugged her phone into the table. The man emerged from the back and said nothing to me and glanced over at her and greeted her. I said, annoyed, "we have been waiting here, can you put us in the list", pointing to the screen above. He didn't acknowledge me and walked to the woman at the table and asked her what she needed, etc and began logging her information into her iPad. This was so bizarre! I couldn't believe it! At this point, no gestures or greetings had been made to us and he was helping someone else! The irony here is all we needed was for an employee to switch out my son's memory card or whatever to the new phone his grandfather sent. Anyway, I decided it wasn't worth staying, we had been treated rudely. We went to Quakerbridge Mall instead where we were greeted immediately. It took all of 10 seconds for our issue to be solved! I have nothing but good things to say about this independently-owned AT&T store at 3716 U.S. Highway 1 on the traffic circle just outside the town of Princeton. (The corporate-owned AT&T store in a shopping center several miles south -- where I've been treated very rudely in the past -- that's a different story!) The staff at this small indie store has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my needs/wants. They've always sold me exactly the right phone and services for me, no more or less. They've also been available and helpful when I've called the store with important mobile phone questions. I have absolutely no connection to this AT&T store -- except for being a truthful, satisfied customer of many years' standing. Highly recommended. read more

We stopped here this morning after a lot of hullabaloo from AT&T regarding adding a line. I had a T-mobile phone (out of contract) and it didn't work--zero bars--at our new house. Went to the shop at Washington and Route 1 (southbound--the map is off) and they were helpful. I don't know what is going on, but things that are usually crappy have been helpful. They let us know that yes--I could keep my 415 number! Really? No commitment service since I love my current phone and simply needed a new sim card, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I did have to find my Tmobile account number, but the rest was smooth. So now I don't have to update my resumes and all of my friends even though I live in NJ and have a SF number. YEAH! And at home, I have 5 bars so I don't have to annoy Jim with using his phone instead. read more

This is NOT an official AT&T store. I felt deceived by this place when I asked them if they were an AT&T store, or just an independent store that sold AT&T phones. They want you to think they are an official store...but they are not. I kind like doing my business directly with AT&T and cutting out the middle-man (and his profit). read more

I went there to ask questions about my service. I have a two year contract which is expiring and was thinking of converting to Next. I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to speak with me. This is while I see 3 representatives chatting among themselves, not busy and not helping any customer. I was later told that they were "managers", not representatives. really!. Three managers not doing anything while you have people waiting. Once I spoke with the rep, I was more confused they ever about was was possible. AT&T's plans and rules are only there to confuse the customer: you don't really know until you get the bill. read more
