She even was able to decrease my monthly bill cost after looking over my profile. She was able to connect me to Verizon reps via phone as well for further assistance and stayed with me. I'm grateful that I still have Verizon as my phone/wifi carrier. If it weren't for the team members in store and the call center I wouldn't have kept my service.
