I trusted him to take the phone and return it by the end of the day. I stayed late at work to wait for my phone, only to receive a phone call that a cord was severed and a part needed to be ordered. I was assured the part would be obtained and my phone would be fixed the next day. After two days of phone tag, I was told that my phone could not be fixed. I was told that my phone would be returned to my work the next business day and my Groupon purchase would be refunded. My phone never came. My calls were not returned. I had someone call from another number - The owner answered and when the issue was addressed, he said he was out of state for an emergency. This took place 3 weeks ago. I still have not received my phone (which included my SIM card) or my refund. I had to order a replacement phone. I plan on contacting the Business Bureau regarding this issue. I would stay clear of this service.
