I ChatGPT'd the type, it said we needed oil that met MB229.51 or higher. All we saw was 228.31. The worker saw we were confused and weren't finding it. They checked my battery out and said they can't do nothing for me because it's under 10 volts. You would think with the 4-year warranty they would say no problem . Well my battery didn't hold up. The battery was done they assumed something drained it so they basically deemed it as misuse. The person I spoke with was Reynaldo Mendez the Assistant Branch Manager. They couldn't even find me in their system because they said they updated their program system. The assistant branch manager said he can prorate for a new battery and the battery cost $380 everything out the door would be $434.99...So I told him ...Where's the pro- rate... he basically charged me the normal price . I told him no thank you I will take my business elsewhere I will never go back to that place again. I had bought three expensive batteries from their place before ,now they just lost a good customer. I don't recommend them. I never heard of a warranty excuse like that. I'll tell you this he didn't take care of the customer.
