They immediately picked up I needed assistance and maybe a tad bit of support. Joanna took time to speak with me about my worries with my bill, my current situation and genuinely turned a very stressful day into a happy one. She even was able to decrease my monthly bill cost after looking over my profile. She was able to connect me to Verizon reps via phone as well for further assistance and stayed with me. I'm grateful that I still have Verizon as my phone/wifi carrier. If it weren't for the team members in store and the call center I wouldn't have kept my service. A big thank you to the employees for focusing on a tailored customer experience and meeting the customer where they are at. I have always had great service at this location! So we went down to visit and chatted with Austin about options for adding cellular to her ipad. It wasn't possible and he spent time showing my husband how he came to that conclusion. There was a special going on with another ipad. So we went back to his mom and talked with her and decided to do that. The next day, we popped in and Austin helped us transfer data from the old ipad to the new one and get things set up and incorporated into our current plan. He explained about a newer plan but now wasn't the time to change things. It took a long while and my daughter and I snuck out to lunch. My husband felt welcomed there and they were committed to ensuring he was happy and satisfied with his purchase. I really appreciated that. Everyone we talked to was professional and kind. And knowledgeable with things we needed. So thank you for making it easy on us.

It was very frustrating, very, very frustrating. I made all the right calls but could not fix it since they caused the issue by changing my phone number which nullified my trade value. They did not activate the right line, but created a new line instead....so AT&T kept my trace in for free as a donation, then charged me for the phone that should have been zero cost based on the switch from my former provider to them. HUGE mistake, unable to fix through them or AT &T. I will never deal with them again, and switched back to my old provider. Biggest regreat is that I can not give them a zero now.
