My phone trade in was finally released from my visit to 3359 Monroe Ave fiasco 2 weeks ago. The silver lining to that was I received $155 more for my trade in at the Verizon Business Center at Culver and University. All three employees I worked with: Mike Kevin and Curtis were great. Avoid the other location!

Went in to this store for tech support. (I didn't realize they don't do any tech support--just…read moresales I guess??) The man who I spoke with was so rude to me. I tried to explain what I had done so far in terms of troubleshooting the issue and researching on the internet. He told me "well I don't work for the internet." (okay....) I said, "apparently this is a pretty common issue with the newer phones that have eSIM cards." His reply: "What do you want me to do about it?" I mean, "help me, maybe?" I've never felt so disrespected for doing nothing but walking into the same store where I had gotten my phone less than 2 months prior, asking for help. Wow. Oh, and the kicker is that I was right. The tech issue was indeed the eSIM card, which needed reprovisioning. This man had just never heard of the issue, and so I guess he decided to be ultra rude to me to cover his own inadequacies. Someone with his people skills should should not be in customer service field at all. I would seriously go anywhere else other than this store. I am planning to switch cell companies when my current phone is paid for--that's how disrespected I felt after this "conversation." It was my bad for not realizing they don't do tech support, but he could have just told me that. Something like, "oh, I see. I think this issue goes beyond what we typically do in the store. I suggest you call our tech line, at this number..." I had thought it would just be easier and nicer to go into our "local" store than talking to a robot online. It's conveniently located in the same plaza as Whole Foods, which makes errands a little easier. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They assisted me when I upgraded my phone earlier this year (2025) and recently helped with an issue regarding my husband's phone. I also asked about the over-55 discount on my bill, and they were able to take care of that. If you have insurance on your phone, they can usually handle it in-store too. All around, a solid and reliable location with great customer service.

We set up autopay that Worked for the first month but then didnt. The staffed claimed my bank must have put a hold on it but bank did not. They charged us an extra $15 and wont refund it. They also took a random $20.17, fruadulently and won't refund it. They blamed my bank for that too. Not to mention them sending me an iphone 17 "by mistake", sending me a fruadulent shipping label, expecting me to send the phone back. Luckily, I'm not an idiot and took the phone back to the store. I warn VERY strongly against hiring Druk…read more Druk was very pleasant when I reached out and quick to ensure that he could repair my phone screen. I paid him over $200 to repair it on site. That night, I noticed that the phone screen would turn dark while using it. By the next day, the screen was completely inoperable. As I pressed the side buttons trying to turn it off (because the screen was now totally blank) my phone called 911 and ALL of my emergency contacts. Because the screen didn't work, I could not stop the calls and had to talk to all of these people to explain- pleading with them not to send the police or paramedics. I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar ASAP and paid $360 for Apple to remove the counterfeit screen from Druk and replace it with a working one. I was informed that the counterfeit screen fom Druk was not even sealed onto the phone correctly. Even worse, when I called Druk, he refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE: if you choose to spend $200 with Druk, you will have to spend at least $360 or more to repair his "work" with a dealer who actually knows what they're doing.
