I want to give a shout out to this store and this store alone. I was having a difficult time with my ATT service and had spent SEVERAL HOURS on the phone throughout the week trying to fix it. After spending a large portion of my Saturday afternoon on hold with the ATT customer service department, being transferred back and forth between multiple departments, telling my story and starting the trouble shooting over every time, and end up being transferred to Direct TV where the guy had the guts to try to sell me Tv services, I had enough. I went to the local ATT store to either get this fixed, or end my services with them. That's when Zach and the store manager (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) took over my account and ran through all the possibilities, eventually finding the problem and fixing it rather quickly. Those guys deserve the 5 stars; not the company. After my phone is paid off I will be leaving ATT after 13yrs of doing business with them. For some time now some people just couldn't call me. It was giving them a disconnected message as if my line was cut off. There's no way to know how many of my customers and relationships have not been able to reach me. Att's service cannot be trusted. I look forward to filling out all the surveys I am sent to grade their customer service department. read more

Wow, customer service has changed big time. I went in looking to add an internet service for a in home office. The kid the set me up was nice, but the person at the door was rude to everyone, including the two relief associates that came in to assist the only sales rep in the building. Several customers got mad and walked out, and I am about to call and demand cancellation because I told them I had no broadband connection in house only a traditional phone Jack, but tech support refused to come install unless I tried the "phone Jack" first and then may come out and require at-least a $100 service fee, potentially more depending on hardware. As I write this, I'm debating canceling all my accounts, tired of companies lying to me and over priced. Not to mention this modem is used and banged up read more

This review is not necessarily regarding the services provided by AT&T but it is about this specific location. It is right on a main road and next to Sonic, easy to access. It's been here for quite some time and I've been there a few times over the years. They actually opened a new store literally 2-3 miles down the road. Went there and waited for 30 minutes (that's another story). We left and decided to come to this location. We were greeted immediately and only waited a couple minutes before we were assisted. They were pretty busy but seemed to be well staffed. Chevy listened to our requests and really seemed to want to help and not just sell us things. We left with new phones and a better deal without having to increase our payment. If your in the area and need to go to an AT&T store, I would recommend. read more

All they are interested in is selling!!!! Not rectifying issues. Numerous customers waiting all with issues. Not many associates to assist. Seems to be a district person present but too busy texting. Trying to get help from other stores. Does no good at present time!!! Finally Miriam a store manager was able to help after 40 minutes of waiting. Once I was waited on by Miriam she was able to get the problem corrected within minutes I do feel for her as she has little help in the store. read more

I had a unique issue with porting numbers to ATT from Consumer Cellular. I had talked to support after my order failed online and I had been to another ATT store that morning. I was told they couldn't help me, I'd have to get new numbers. I had called support maybe x5 times and I was just fed up. I had almost given up. I was looking at other carriers but decided to give it one more try. Luckily I ran into Jorden, the store manager. He took ownership of the issue and got things done. It wasnt easy for him and it still took about 4hrs. He called some contacts he knew, and he got ahold of the porting department multiple times. Finally he got things figured out! When my parents went to pick up their SIM cards in another city, they told the other ATT rep what Jorden did and they said "no, that's not possible, we can never port from Consumer Cellular"... then he looked at the computer and got them their SIM cards :D read more

Minimal service. It started out ok, got greeted, took our name and number, told us to sit at a table to wait....then nothing! All the others in the store when we arrived were helped, another customer walked in and got helped immediately. Young lady finished with her customer and we still didn't get helped.... guess we'll have to go somewhere else. read more

Nice little AT&T Corporate store in Rogers. A perfect place to sort out any billing issues, or buy a device or accessories from a place that honors your corporate/Premier discount if you qualify for one on your service plan. Staff will open the door for you, greet you, and hand you off to the next available representative based on the type of shopping or service you're there for. Quite a complete process, and it ensures that you never feel like you're lost in the store without anyone to look after you (or the inverse - with multiple employees badgering you when you're just browsing). Special shout-out to Judy for being the only employee of the three that I spoke to across 2 days who knew how to handle an online Premier order with pickup in store. I managed to break my Blackberry case (again), and she had me out the door in under 10 minutes on my second visit. read more

They will lie to get you to buy. Free in store credit, bogo free phones, you name it. Whatever they have to tell you to get you to buy. They you find out a year later they've stolen $1000 + from you. Do not buy from this place. Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. read more

Promises made to make a sale. The numbers they quoted for our bill were not what we received. Tried to get corrected in store but the manager wanted to argue. He said the "free" gift card was actually to adjust for overcharges. The Direct TV is poor quality. Many programs have to be watched low resolution. Goes out frequently during weather events. Poor product and worse people in the store. Run away from these knucklehead. read more

They refused to help a difficult situation be resolved and blatantly lied about being able to change the phone to a new account even after being added as an authorized user. The manager refused to even talk to me on the phone. I would not recommend using this store EVER! read more

Good customer service, and a decent selection of products and services. Though they are rather strict about what time they open regardless of the crowd outside. Went here to get a phone activated, and it was 8:59:54 and they did not open until 9am on the dot exactly.The staff that assisted us was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. An hour of my life that I will never get back. Ordered phone online, just needed to pick up the phone. I had to "check in" while teenage employees stood around. Called AT&T customer service to try to expedite the "It's going to be like.. an hour before we like can get to you,so...". Asked to speak to manager at the store, was told "He is like, busy right now. So, yeah..OK". AT&T tries to call store and nobody answers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store, order online and have it shipped. read more

This is insane. First trip they insisted my old phone doesn't store contacts on the sim. Oh but I find out there is an option to do so. So I return and all I need is for them to unlock a display model so i can check my old sim to see if contacts will come up. I have my microsd ready, it's literally a 3 minute deal. Making me wait now for over 30 minutes. Sophy was very non accommodating and kinda rude, ignoring my request and then refusing. Horrible customer service. read more
