When I visited this location in December, some of the reviews made me a little skeptical. However, I'm very glad that I purchased my glasses from Eyemart. Staff was very polite, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Yes, there is a sign-in sheet, and you may have to wait your turn. If someone doesn't have the patience to wait, I'm not sure where they should go because the staff here work hard to assist everyone in order. Please don't let a negative review discourage you from visiting Eyemart. They have systems in place, and the staff is very attentive to customers. Thank you for the great experience! read more

Español lea abajo I went by to buy my prescription glasses and their computer was down so they said they had no way to check on my insurance, or I wouldn't be able to pay with a credit card. They way the young lady talked to me didn't seem friendly at all. It seems she was frustrated, probably because of the computer being off line. Anyway, I asked her if there was another Eyemart available and she told me about the one in Pleasant rd. I went there and Danisha gave me a super service bd was so freindly and kind. I was with my 12 year old granddaughter so this served as a lesson on the service industry. I have been here a couple of times, with good experiences each time. During the busiest time of the day, they seem to be well staffed and catch every person that walks in and quickly assesses their eyeglass needs. They will walk you through the process and help you pick out a pair of give you space to browse the selection of glasses. There is a decent selection and I have never had an issue finding something new and trendy or classic. I usually try on every pair just in case my style has changed. Once you pick your glasses, it's pretty quick to pay complete the transaction. They can usually have your glasses down within an hour. The longest I've waited is one business day. They will also adjust to your best fit with no extra cost after your prescription is in. They also run deals if you purchase 2 pairs. There is a good price range and the cheapest pair I have gotten is $39.99, not bad. Overall, fast and affordable. Customer service is friendly and attentive. read more

5 stars reason is it took this place only 46 mins to text me and tell me my glasses were ready to pick up. The guy working was very nice and very helpful on making a purchase on new glasses. He explained what they were going to do and how the warranty works. Cost a lil bite more than what I wanted to pay, but worth every cent. Not much parking but not a deal breaker. Since it's in a shopping plaza you hope to find a parking spot. I'll definitely use this place again. Thx again to Jim he rocked!!!!! read more

I just had the best experience with Eyemart Express! I have a new insurance vision care benefit and was having a hard time finding someplace that would accept it. I called and spoke to Daniel and he checked all my info with the vision care insurer and told me he would save it all for when I got there to select my glasses. Daniel was off the day I went, but Jim assisted me with ordering my glasses and the whole process was so quick and efficient! I highly recommend them! I was BEYOND unhappy with my experience here today. I left with a heartbroken little boy and the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from this business. I have been a faithful customer for several years, but will not be returning to EME. This was my last straw. Upon arriving, I made eye contact with at least five different employees. Not one of them greeted myself or my family, nor did they ask us to sign in. We continued to be ignored for the next 15-20 minutes. This may have been acceptable if they were busy, there were three other customers in the store- all receiving assistance. I decided to have a look around, we just found out my 5-year-old needed glasses. After about 45 minutes, we were finally acknowledged by an employee. In a rude tone, she asked me to sign in and fill out some paperwork. She then stormed off to do something I can only assume was more important than helping my husband, myself and our children. She then told me they would 'get to me when they got to me.' Another 20-30 minuets passed, by this time, my son had chosen a pair of glasses he liked very much. We proceeded to continue to wait for assistance. Finally, an older gentleman approached me and told me he couldn't help us- they did not accept our insurance. He then told me to go somewhere else to have our needs met- to google other clinics, as he was busy and not interested in assisting a customer in need.... Way to lose business buddy! I proceeded to ask him why they made us wait nearly an hour after getting our insurance information before informing us that they did not accept it and then tell us we would have to pay cash or leave. He blamed the first woman I spoke to, claiming she was new and didn't know any of the policies... WHY would you put someone untrained and unknowing- in addition to a preposterous and horribly negative attitude towards your customers???? This 'Mananger' made no effort to apologize or make any of this ridiculous situation right. This gentleman refused to give me his name, or the names of the employees who had treated us with such utter disregard. I will be contacting his general manager or corporate to get some answers. I have never been so mistreated by a member of management or disrespected as a whole by a store full of employees- whose main goal is to HELP PEOPLE... I plan to go as far up the chain to right the wrong done here today. As a professional working for a large corporation, I strongly recommend upper management taking immediate action. I ordered my glasses on Nov 15th and was told I could pickup curbside. I received notice they had arrived on the 20th. This is a good turnaround for my glasses as it has taken 2 to 3 weeks in the past with Eyemart Express (EE). Today when I came to pickup I was told I had to come in to pickup and get them adjusted. No curbside service, but for an extra $10 I can have them mailed (no adjustment available). I was sitting in front of the store. In the time it took to check with with the supervisor and verify my address she could have walked them out to me. My glasses cost over $400 almost $500. I explained my concerns of exposure to covid and that I would not be able to have Thanksgiving (since it is so close to Thanksgiving), because of high risk individual in family. I would have had them mailed initially if I had been informed curbside was not available. I made an unnecessary trip from Springdale to Fayetteville and now have to pay postage. I am very unhappy with the service provided. I will not be back. read more

Very pleased with my experience today. The staff was professional, consultative and friendly. The prices were frankly lower than expected (much lower than other same day glasses providers) and the frame selection was great. I kid you not, I received a text message 15 minutes after walking out the door that my glasses were already complete. I hadn't even left the parking lot yet. I went to eye mart on Monday. first they wouldn't accept my husbands insurance we had to pay out of pocket. Michelle from next door was charging me 300.00 for glasses just to make sure I couldn't have them. She was very rude and unprofessional. I have to go to wal mart and wait 3 weeks to get the eye glasses I need because of her tactics. this is not acceptable. read more
