They were so kind even though our boys were a handful. We were able to get everything fixed and we left the store happy and surprised that they didn't kick us out and they gave us really good deals. She waited on us for hours and she didn't give up until we left the store satisfied and everything completed.

I went in Thursday to get an iPhone after my current phone took a bath and was misquoted a price on an iPhone SE by both the associate and the manager. I was told it was $199 by both . I walked around and selected an otter box . Then the phone rang up for $350. I was told by the store manager that I must have misunderstood the price. I told him that I had worked across the street in the Walmart connection center for a year in cell phone retail so I didn't misunderstand anything and that I didn't appreciate him trying to gaslight me. I was asked to leave the store without a device . I feel as if this man did not treat me like a human being. Then I left a review on the Facebook page that was deleted within 8 hours. The "account holder" is my father in hospice 3 states away even though I pay the bill and had the phone on the account along with a photo ID that matches the name on the account. They didn't care and acted like I was trying to get into Fort Knox even though VERIZON SUPPORT LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO THERE???. So version phone support can't help me and these people refuse to help me. I'm actually forced to switch to ATT which is just WILD. Additionally it's asinine how large their sign is out front. You cannot see oncoming traffic and a pedestrian was almost hit because it blocks everything to the left when you're pulling out. An extreme danger to customers and I'm like 90% sure it's illegally close as well. Anywho, 0/10 would not go here to deal with the rude and lazy "workers" here.

I knew Sean would not refer me to someone who didn't trust and both times I've been in there. They have been courteous, efficient, and helpful. The first time, I was looking at almost $100 for a new cell phone battery, but they cleaned the port and worked on the phone a little to try and carry me over since I wasn't able to afford that at that time. Fast forward six weeks and I was still limping along with the phone although it did need the battery. I took it in today and they replaced it while I waited. I noticed they had a very steady stream of customers in and out. Jose waited on me the first time and Nino waited on me this time. Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and have very good interpersonal skills, I especially noticed today that Nino was dealing with a challenging customer who had limited English, and although I didn't know the entire story, he was firm but very polite with the gentleman the entire time. They also cleaned my phone up and made sure it was shiny and the port was clean when I got it back.
