I came across the Yelp page for The Phone Doctor in Kirkwood and it sounded like they offered diagnostics for free. I made an appointment (easily done through their website) and went into the shop. Parking on that Saturday afternoon was super easy with plenty of space in the free lot behind their building and even several spaces on Jefferson just adjacent. I handed the phone over the counter and before it was out of my hand the technician said, "Needs a new screen." I was skeptical, but a second tech looked over his shoulder and agreed. They quoted me $125 and 15 minutes, I said, "Deal!" I opted for pick up first thing in the morning and was surprised to be greeted by doors opening with clapping. I asked what it was for and generally it would happen during a new release but then became an everyday thing for customers to experience. Idk why but it made me feel happy so I guess good for customers and maybe not so good for staff to do every morning and may get tired of it lol Absolutely love my new phone and the pick up process was so quick k and painless. They scan the QR code, check your ID and I was on my way within less than 5 minutes. Couldn't have been easier!
