Update review based on getting a 2nd opinion on a water damaged device…read more Last year after my iPad Pro was water damaged I took it to mobile device doctors and they looked at it and accessed it could not be fixed. A year later I figured it was worth a 2nd opinion from a 5-Star rated company before purchasing a new one. The 5-star company was no only able to repair the screen issue but ID'd that the previous service rep (Mobile Device Doctor in this case) put a service sticker with the wrong type of iPad (2nd gen vs 3rd gen which makes a big difference) and more importantly why I am leaving this review is some internal parts were not put back into the iPad (ie board covers). Whether this was intentional (integrity issue) or unintentional (sloppy work), want to make sure the public is aware. I've give the company an opportunity to rectify the issue by issuing a full refund for the service and deem what they think is fair for leaving out internal parts.

I asked over the phone 3-4 times if they could do something with the invoice and I was told yes. But the 2 times I went in I was told no both times. And the 2nd time the "district manager" (who looked like a rainbow and a goth girl had an oopsie poopsie and 9 months later she came) I think her name is Tracy, said never to come here again and she had a lot of attitude. The actual repair was terrible and had a bulge in my phone back glass from the seal being on wrong. So my phone isn't waterproof. And price wise terrible. I was at first told 230 and then it became 250+tax and Apple, who only takes an hour whereas they took 3 hours, charges 159+tax for the same job and they do it properly. Overall f*ck that place, F*ck Tracy, and F*ck Tracy's parents for birthing such a disgrace. UPDATE: Now my screen randomly has developed 2 black spots 3 days after this repair. Don't come here UPDATE: After Complaining and making a Case with Ubreakifix I was told to wait for a "Case manager" to call me, so I got the call and when I told her everything she basically told me that we're not doing sh*t to cover for my screen, and then when I expressed that I wanted to get the bulge repaired somewhere else (because obviously why the f*ck would I get my phone repaired again after they broke my screen and messed up the adhesive) she changed her attitude and started bi*ching at me, telling me that she would cancel the case. So now I am currently now waiting for their "Resolutions Manager" to tell me what they can do, also when I asked what they were going to do about her behavior and attitude, she told me in corporate terms she is getting a slap on the wrist and she is still keeping her job. Moral of the story, don't go to Ubreakifix unless you wanna get f*cked up the a*s. UPDATE: I ended up getting my phone fixed at the Apple Store. And after I had gotten it fixed, I received a call from Ubreakifix, and she started explaining what their investigation concluded and she even had the audacity to tell me that the adhesive was not going to affect the waterproof abilities, and she also explained it as if I was the one in the wrong and left out all the parts where they were being rude, and how Tracy was being a bi*ch. They obviously were not going to say that she was wrong even though she very clearly was, so I told her to stop and then told her "I got it fixed at Apple, so you know what, she can go f*ck herself, and you can go f*ck yourself" Once again, Don't come here unless you wanna get f*cked. On a different note, The Apple Store in west county not only fixed the screen, they even fixed up the seal for me.

My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

I'm the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding, all dressed up in my elegant gown, when suddenly, my phone decides to do a face-plant on the ground. Result? A cracked screen. Ugh, talk about bad timing! But guess what? Phone Doctor came to my rescue! The moment I walked into Phone Doctor, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Can and Amber Demirci, the current owners, are an absolute delight. Can, also known as "John" is a master at what he does. His skills and precision are top-notch, and he's constantly expanding his knowledge to stay on top of the latest technology. They have a workstation at the front of the store where you can actually see your device throughout the repair process. It's comforting to know that your precious gadget is in capable hands. When I walked in with a shattered screen, Can immediately assessed the damage and assured me that he could fix it. I went to this shop because my wife broke or her I phone screen and we had an engagement n the area. It was on a Sunday afternoon and I planned to drop the phone off and pick it up in an hour or so. Once I got there, I was pleased to meet the owner who assured me that he could fix the phone in about 10 minutes. We talked while replaced the screen and digitizer. Ten minutes later I paid him $90 (the price he quoted) and I was on my way with a working phone. The store was spotless and well merchandised and there were drinks (soda, coffee and soda) for customers to enjoy while waiting. The proprietor was friendly and skilled. I needed a new battery for my phone, and the YouTube videos I saw on replacing it looked a little intimidating. I did some research on cost, then called Phone Doctor. Their price was much less than my research indicated. They were able to work on it right away, and had my phone finished in about 25 minutes. I was super happy with the service I received, and am very satisfied with the quality of work. I've been telling all of my friends about this place. One other note - While I was there, I decided to get a phone charging cable. The ones at Best Buy were around $20, but was only $12.99 at Phone Doctor. read more

Both my wife and I have used their screen repair service and were extremely happy. I'm a pretty big DIY guy, and the cost for the tools and replacement screen for my phone would have been $230 from ifixi, and the directions looked like a huge pain. It was $40 more for them to do it all for me. Part wasn't in stock but they ordered it and it was in the next day. It was 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Highly recommend the Phone Doctor. My iphone screen was shattered and I called them. They made an appointment with me a few hours later so that I would be the only customer in the store during COVID19. He used gloves and had sanitizer all over the store so as to make sure we both stayed safe. The phone was fixed in ten minutes!!!! Cheaper than other places too.
