Apparently my original review on Google (below) was reported and deleted (likely by employees and their cohorts who wish to silence me). So, I'll just go ahead and keep posting to warn others. :) Oh, and I love how the same employee I refer to in my review - Robert (or "ROBB" on Google) - gave a 5-star review of the store, lol. It's all pretty telling; underscores what a shady, seedy, sordid and shameful place this is. AVOID IT. ****** If I could give ZERO stars, I would. AVOID THIS STORE. I was initially assisted by "Robert B." (his name is on my receipt) for a phone swap/upgrade. He was incredibly aloof and cold from the get-go, and didn't seem like he wanted to help me. About 15 minutes into our conversation, he calls over his co-worker "Kevin S." (his name is on my second receipt from a later transaction that I will get into shortly) to relieve him from his work with me so he could leave. Didn't seem like a problem - I assumed it was the end of his shift. However, while Kevin was helping me - Robert comes back out with his belongings and proceeds to speak with Kevin and another employee he called "Evelyn" (who was chronically on her phone, with iPods in nonstop). So, Robert has time to speak with coworkers off the clock - but couldn't stick around to finish assisting me? Kinda weird, unprofessional, and discourteous if you ask me. Anyway, I finalize the phone swap with Kevin, exit the store, and am in my car when I realize my new phone requires a new type of charger. I go back in the store and Kevin begins exhibiting a snarky, hostile attitude when I say it would have been nice to know I needed a new charger before I left the store. He then prints out a receipt for me and places it on a table 7 ft. away (he doesn't even hand it to me). I then simply inquire about when his manager will be in next to speak with because I found his behavior to be a little disrespectful. Kevin's response? He throws up his arm and *yells*: "GET THE H*** OUT OF MY STORE!!! B**** a**..." [I'm not entirely sure what the actual nasty profanity he uttered was - but this is what I heard]. He then meandered to the backroom out of sight. I stood there absolutely incredulous. Did he really just scream and curse *at a customer* for simply asking a question?? His co-"worker" Evelyn who is sitting 5 ft. away acts as if she didn't hear a thing; completely oblivious, cold, detached and too busy on her phone to really care. One of her friends from outside the store even came in to sit down with her within seconds, and Evelyn took priority in speaking with her than addressing what had just transpired. *Side note: I just got off the phone with another AT&T about dropping off my old phone there (I am NOT setting foot back in this place), and they informed me that this particular AT&T is NOT corporate - it's third party owned (?). Makes a lot of sense in retrospect; a truly vile, appallingly unprofessional, heinous establishment where customers are viciously disrespected, demeaned, and threatened for no reason at all. This store location genuinely deserves 0 stars. One of the worst experience I've ever had. Customer service is non-existent. You will be met with rude behavior and bad attitude from the workers. I recommend others to visit other locations because this branch is not helpful at all and will only leave you wanting to feel like switching carriers. I only write negative reviews if my experience was totally bad and needs to be brought up, and unfortunately this is the case. I am speaking of Robert in particular, and one of the female employees who was working the same shift on 6/15/25 around 1pm. My situation was tricky (I asked for proof of purchase of my phone with the line no longer existing), and to my shock it appears that AT&T does not hold any record if an account is closed. Not sure how that is a legal practice as there should be some type of record keeping for closed accounts. Anyways, Robert was clueless and didn't know how to resolve the issue and was redirecting me to the Santa Clara AT&T store that I had an inkling maybe I bought the phone from there. After asking him for more information about how to proceed with this problem, he gets a bit frustrated and starts texting the other worker and makes snooty giggles. They both left the store front and went back to the employee area, but right before the door closed the girl exclaimed "oh my god" as if we are troubling them. This is beyond ridiculous. It is one thing to not know how to resolve the issue, but it's another to make the customer feel bad who is also trying to resolve the issue. IT is not acceptable to make customers feel like that, when they are coming in to seek genuine help. Robert and other employee, please do us a favor and JUST SAY YOU'RE CLUELESS AND QUIT ALREADY! Came here to upgrade for to the iPhone 13 (yes we fell for the hype) We worked with Evelyn and the store manager (didn't get his name) both were so patient with us and my 100 questions (we had a bunch of miscommunication last year at our upgrade so this was so helpful and now we fully understand what's going on with our plan) Took about 2 hours to upgrade phones, update plans, transfer info and trade in phones. This will forever be our go to AT&T store because it was so simple and we left feeling confident with knowing exactly what's going on and where our savings are being distributed. Aside from helping us with our purchase they were very friendly, welcoming, joked with us and made us feel at ease during the time of our transaction. I come to this ATT location all the time. Each time I've gone in -- I was greeted and helped within less than 5 minutes. I've been with ATT for some years now and decided to add a new line for my daughter. Kevin helped me with the process and all went well. However, we came across an issue. After spending 3 days going back and forth trying to figure it out (super annoying) -- it was fixed. The store manager, Rafael has been very helpful. This issue we encountered was new one for myself and the stores. It took a lot of time and patience & trial and error. Rafael took the time to figure it out. Don't get me wrong, the phone itself worked perfectly fine. It had to do with the phone number. He tried everything he could to ensure we walked out with a working phone. I was going on a trip and my iPhone 11 was constantly heating up which meant I needed a new phone. Amanda and Destiny helped me with picking a phone out, getting new accessories and the entire setup. Normally, I dread going going into a phone company store but Alondra excellent customer service made this visit the best one to a wireless store in a long time. She was friendly, answered all our questions, did not push any particular product or service on to us. Considering that we were buying for our senior dad and everything had to be translated back and forth she showed great patience. She even recommended ways for us to save money by shopping and buying the phone elsewhere and saving on the phone plans. Worse customer service! Don't come here. I called last night to ask if I could change my phone in we on my phone and the rep said they were really busy. I asked him what was a better time, he said come in store tomorrow morning, first thing. At 10:36 am, I walked in with no one waiting and a rep was going to help me, but an elderly gentleman came in 10 seconds after and the guy focused his attention on him and told me to wait. I came to pick up my phone from the store because I received an email and text that my phone was ready. The curbside pick up functionality was not working so I had to come in. There was one customer and two employees what was in training and the other in helping the customer. I had to wait for Daisy and she was helping the customer with transferring phones etc. and it took a really long time and she was working at snail speed. I asked if I could just pick up my curbside order and she said sorry but she has to checked me into the system etc. Another customer came in and actually got acknowledgment from Daisy and i'll be right with you. Then the customer asked if they can help her clear her phone and Daisy finally delegated that task to her trainee. When she came to me no greeting whatsoever. I had to say hi I'm here to pick up my order. I pulled up my order she said nothing came up sorry. And that was it. I asked if I could just purchase the phone right now, then and she said she doesn't want it to get ordered twice. Basically she did not want to help me and said if I come tomorrow I can ask the manager. I I would like management to take a look at what's going on with this employee and why she did not want to help me. I've never met the customer service employee so rude for no reason. I will be filing a complaint and expect management to reach out to me with an explanation for why I was not provided service. "MIKE" the manager supposedly needs to be talked to about his mannerisms and customer service ways. I do not usually give bad reviews and I usually let things go. This incident I simply can not. About two Saturdays ago I went in to this location on N Capitol Ave and I was looking for cases and camera lens protectors for my phone. The employee working there at the time greets me and I say hello back. Being that I am a very indecisive person I am taking my time with my decision. He then proceeds to ask me what phone I have. I tell him iPhone 14 pro max. He then asks if he can see it. I ask why? It's as if he didn't believe that I had this phone. I then ask him his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag at the moment. Keep in mind that I am a Mexican/Filipino and have a grunge style. The employee and the customer continue staring at me and laughing at my friend who I was with as well. As I just had enough of this I began to make my way to the exit. I have my wireless ear buds in but no music playing. The employee then proceeds to say "Have a nice day and don't come back." I then look at him and asked him WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY? He denied saying it at all and by that time another employee was in the store as well. I then look and ask the other employee if his name was MIKE. She said yes. The woman with a septum piercing in. I then follow up to speak to a manager over the phone being that I don't want anything to do with that store anymore. Turns out MIKE is the manager. This discrimination and stereotyping is totally uncalled for and it has messed with me inside emotionally about who I am as a human. read more

Went to this store to get an understanding on a bill I received. After talking to AT&T over the phone, I was told to go to the branch where my whole problem was started. I did elect to upgrade to an iPhone 12. Robert was very patient and accommodating in helping me set up my new phone. I really appreciate his customer service. I asked if he could give me a SIM card for my new 5G phone and he lied to my face saying that 5G was not available in the area. When did AT&T become such a fraud? I've written their principal place of business, their legal department, been to numerous locations, met their representatives outside the Department of Justice (they were servicing multiple federal agencies with the same personnel before two major government cyber security breaches)...I haven't received satisfactory customer service, protection of my personal data, or a responsive investigation to my concerns over money laundering and fraud within my AT&T mobile phone account. I have been a loyal customer of theirs since 1999. What happened to them? Information phishing happened every time I went to an AT&T store location, with multiple in-store TV screens suggesting a two-way interactive service that furthered 47 USC 223 activity. Section 223 is a civil statute that carries with it $50k in civil fines and $50k in civil penalties every violation that the harasser has to pay to the US Government. read more

Please be aware of Lisa. I am currently paying $300 over the next 36 months due to her error. According to her, the device I was going in for was supposed to be free with trade-in. My current phone didn't qualify for the trade-in but the customer's phone next to me did. She asked him if he and I could swap our trade-in phones in order for he and I to be able to get both of our new phones for free. His already qualified , but mine didn't qualify for the phone I wanted, but still qualified for the device he wanted. Even after we swapped phones, I am still paying half of my current devices value over the next 36 months with trade-in. read more
