I found this place and they had a TON of options. I ended up liking their merchandise better than the stuff I saw at chain stores, because there was more variety. If you want to ask a ton of questions to choose between products, they're great with that too. Their customer service was great, too. They helped me choose the best valued option, and the price was a good value for what I was getting.

When I filed a police report and filled out all of the required forms for the frauds claim, which took a lot of time they declined the fraud claim and said it was not opened fraudulently. I don't care what store, what state AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DONT CARE WHO THEY RIP OFF! They have left me with no way to fight this false claim, stating "Please be assured we have thoroughly researched this account prior to making this decision." If that was true, they would know this account should never have been opened in my name!

Suddenly they fell all over themselves offering a refund, then called multiple times to be sure we're happy. Too late. The crime was committed...and reported. you're not off the hook because you robbed a bank and returned the money when caught. So we just got T-Mobile and we're already considering our next carrier. I had a samsung device and my son had an iphone. We both got new Pixel 8 phones with service for about what we were paying just for 2 lines with Verizon. The best part of the switch was the friendly, helpful, and highly competent and knowledgeable ladies who helped us. They know their plans and the hardware very well and copied data and took care of everything for us. Awesome, truly awesome! This was my best phone service experience ever.
