I had this performed before and it took over two hours at the Apple Store. I was on standby for work and had no phone. Driving back home I saw the Verizon store. We stopped in and Jake the Verizon guy was confident that he would be able to program the new IPhone 17. I was doubtful but Jake's confidence was comforting. Jake was able to connect to my business account and down load all my contacts, apps photos in 30 minutes and we were out the door. I have a renewed respect for Verizon and their technicians. Jake was amazing and rescued my weekend. Thanks, Jake!

But today I went back because I heard free upgrades to iPhone 16 and they'll pay off whatever remains on your old phone. ***I called and confirmed my eligibility.*** I went today and was told "Offer only applies to people switching from another carrier." I asked them again, as I have many times before: "Are your employees completely untrained, or are they paid to lie?" Because if you talk to 4 different people you get 4 different answers! I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior displayed by the staff at T-Mobile, particularly by the manager Gabby and coworker Carlos. My mother was mistreated by Gabby. She yelled at her for touching a device on display. Why are they on display if we cannot touch them? She then had a nasty attitude when my mom asked her about the tablets available in the store. Gabby explained that there are no tablets available for her. While my mom insisted on what we can do because we had a broken tablet, Gabby said she did not feel like attending to my mom anymore. How is it that you allow someone like that work there? There's another person there named Carlos who made sexually explicit comments in Spanish about her with a client that he was attending, which constitutes sexual harassment . This is completely unacceptable for employees to behave in such a disrespectful and offensive manner towards customers. I am deeply saddened and angered by this experience. T-Mobile needs to take swift and decisive action to address this issue and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

Her focus, and expertise, and her smile were super helpful on a not so great day when I was dealing with a broken phone. She thoroughly reviewed my plan, found multiple ways to save me money, and guided me smoothly through the frustrating process of replacing my broken phone. Later that day, I returned to activate an older phone temporarily while waiting for the new one. Five Verizon tech support reps over the phone over two days had already said it couldn't be done and told me to wait five more days without service. That's when the smart and handsome white linebacker dude (whose name I wish I had) stepped in. Strong, and determined, he tried five different approaches, refused to give up, and successfully set up my e-SIM card.
