He said they have two in stock, and he'd put one aside for me. He quoted me $500 less than anywhere else I called. The fridge is very tall, and the delivery people came and checked our elevator and entry way to ensure the fridge would be able to get into our home. Delivery would have been free -- but again, the fridge JUST fit into our elevator, and through our doorway, so we had to have more people than normal deliver the fridge. 4 men came and delivered the fridge, they were all very nice, pleasant, and courteous. It was a difficult delivery, and they remained patient -- and careful -- as they worked to get the fridge in place. I would definitely purchase from Eatontown again! My wife had the "Dell from Hell" with an intermittent charging issue. MDRepairs flashed the BIOS to recover the system for a reasonable charge. After a week we discovered the root cause: the power connection was flaky due to an internal mechanical connector issue within the laptop body. They figured out a workaround to avoid an expensive repair. They would not charge anything for the extra time spent in hunting this maddening power issue down. Haven't met anyone like Scott in a while, someone who's in business out of a passion for what he does and his desire to help others. As soon as you meet him you can tell how much he loves computers and loves helping people in general. To say he's knowledgeable is quite an understatement. I wish he could've help me with some of my computer programming classes back in school lol!! For starters he's available 24 hours. Which is great of course. I was able to drop my computer off after work and pick it up after work the next day, very convenient! After dropping it off the first day he called me as planned around 9 o'clock at night to let me know that things were going well. I don't think customer service gets any better than that! Most places would've left the computer on the counter until the next morning. Scott had scans being run all night long so that it will be ready for pick up the next day. I'll also say that he is charging less than any place else I've ever taken a computer to get help, plus I've never gotten it back the next day fixed completely, plus there were no extra charges, hidden fees, etc. Actually he did more than what he said, he launched all my upgrades, he added some free software to help keep my computer virus free, he even installed an app on my computer in case I ever needed his help I could speak with him remotely.
