I called to correct a mistake on my AT&T acct made by this store. They signed me up for home protection without my consent. I used it twice and then suddenly I no longer had the service. I called to reconnect it which Tyler said he did but he cancelled my phone insurance without telling me. What is with these guys? read more

Stay away from this store! Order online if you need a phone. Tiffany, the manager has my phone and refuses to give to me. She refuses to talk to me and does not ever bother to let me know why. My phone was delivered to her store and she refused to send it to me. STAY AWAY. This is a very bad place and cannot provide any customer service and just treats customers like manure. read more

I hate this store!!! It use to be pretty good a few years ago. But I'd say after they let a bunch of people go it's gone downhill since. Today I came in to pay my bill. As I always do. Most times it's hit or miss. Usually only one person is working. Today I wasn't even acknowledged when I came in. I waited 10 minutes & left. There were two men behind the counter. One was helping customers. One was on the phone doing whatever. Two people were waiting & wondering out loud what was going on. No one made any eye contact or even acknowledged me even when I left. Now I'm back here again, another trip & again one person behind counter talking with a customer & I'm waiting my turn. This store needs help. If you have a choice between this store & a Tucson corporately owned store you'd be better off going there. This store needs a kiosk so you can avoid dealing with a real person but since it's not corporately owned probably won't happen read more

AT&T is not my favorite cell phone company and that is because they out source their customer service line to overseas but other than that it's not too bad. Gown are the days when you were able to upgrade once a year without paying an arm and a leg. This store isn't too bad. Haven't had any bad service here yet but I've only walked in a few times. Staff is friendly and helpful and seem to know what they're doing. One of the benefits of living in a small town there is never a long line here. You are in and out pretty fast. I wished this location was a little bigger with more selection but like I said it's a small town and everyone in here is super friendly and helpful. read more

I leapt before I looked, it was just so irresistibly appealing... The shiny lure of advanced smartphone technology blinded me to the bitter pill that has effectively been stuck in my throat, literally cutting me off from oral communications with those I can't have face to face interactions. I regret falling in love with the I-Phone while it was exclusively handcuffed to the craptacular service that is AT&T. I have not been able to complete a single audibly satisfying phone call since signing on with AT&T back in September 2009. It is criminal of AT&T to offer service in an area where you can't carry on any level or duration of a phone call. There is no 3G network connectivity, in SV, either, so that furthers my complete and utter frustration with them. I am counting the days until my communication crippling contract with these shysters is fulfilled. Just in case your reading skills are equivalent to AT&T's cell tower coverage in SV, causing you to completely miss my point, AT&T does not work in SV, not at all, not ever, not remotely. read more

This place is an absolute embarrassment! They do not understand how to be customer service representatives! My mother who is handicapped went into the store for help and the "customer service representative," Morgan treated her horribly! He did not help address her concerns and explain her options. All he wanted to do is take her money. We will never go back here for anything and will be telling everyone in the area about our horrible experience. read more

AT&T has not made any money off me: AT&T continually provides special service, even extending my time on my pre-paid program! I can't even remember how many years I've had AT&T, but I signed up for the pre-pay plan just to have an emergency phone to carry, especially while I was delivering "news" papers in the dark hours of each day. Since then, I have faithfully renewed, except when AT&T gave me a free extension, such as after failing to notify me my time was nearly up. From Tennessee to California, wherever I have been, quality of the calls has been great, and service from the people has been even greater. I do have either a complaint or a suggestion: At the excellently staffed store in Sierra Vista, there really ought to be a machine with which customers such as I can walk in, bypassing the crowds of people being waited upon or awaiting a service person, and deposit money (or use a card) to extend one's service. Every time I've been in this store, the superlative employees are very busy but, as is so typical in Cochise County, Arizona, they are smiling, friendly, and efficient, but adding a machine -- I guess at least sometimes called a "kiosk" for some reason -- would both help customers and ease the stress on employees. I can't emphasize enough, though, how great the employees are, and, along with my love and appreciation of the great AT&T service generally, I find giving five stars is barely adequate. read more

John is the best. After not having an AT&T store here in Sierra Vista for well over a year, when I saw that we were getting one I was very excited. After going into the store, it is very clean and well kept and the service representatives are great and willing to work with you. John was able to help me reserve my Iphone 5S and have it ready for pickup on release date. I would like to address a nasty review while I am here. AT&T service here in Sierra Vista has gotten a LOT better. As a customer since 2006, I have seen the improvement over the years. I have access to 3G/4G 5 bars everywhere in town and the only spotty service I have encountered is in Sonoita, but even then "spotty" is an exaggeration. Finally, lets remember this is a review site for the ATT STORE NOT ATT service. This ATT store is fantastic with friendly service. read more

I have tried calling this store literally a dozen or more times over the past 3 days and no answer..... This is a phone company and they don't answer the phone E:@ Every time I called it picks up and gives you 3 options (hours-directions-talk to somebody) and once option 3 - talk to somebody - is picked you are on hold with melancholy music for a few minutes then says voice box full, enter you remote access code. Sooo, I go down there yesterday (store hours 10a-8p) at 7:15 PM and its closed up, lights out no cars. WT......lame is a total understatement! Losers, incompetent, inept, super bozo - now maybe some of those words are getting closer to aptly describing this operation but then again, when was AT&T ever good?? This place is one of the worst of the worst sadly. Advice to ATT: Watch some Youtube videos on how to answer a phone and how to tell time! I am certainly not going to waste any more of my time with this nonsense. There are many other places to buy a phone like on Amazon for instance. read more
