Uncomfortable environment. Went in to get a new phone and to get placed on my wife's plan. I ended up purchasing a few accessories for $85, which i was charged for on my debit. A few days later i'm told there's no receipt for the accessories i paid for, and that $85 dollars went to my phone instead. It ALSO took them days to tell me they didn't start up my plan correctly, which caused me to not have messaging capabilities for days. Please go elsewhere to take their job more serious. read more

Apparently the Sanford store don't have a yelp page but the woman which is the Sanford store manager also works at this location. I have been owed credits on my account since October 21 2017 one credit was supposed to be $120 the manager Tabatha only credited my account $100 of the $120 and I had to call AT&T to get the other $20. I am still owed a $230 credit. Had I known that I would go thru this much trouble to get my trade in credits I would have stayed with Verizon. I have been to the store 7 times about this and still no answers. They also have refused to give me the district managers number all I know is his name is Jason. read more

If you are an AT&T customer or prospective one, pick a different store. I showed up at 10am the other morning to have them help me switch my SIM card over from my iPhone 4s to my new 6+. The dude who was helping me reeked of weed (I don't care if your into that, it's just kinda unprofessional to smell like the inside of a VW bus). After I walked out, I realized I didn't have any internet connection, but could make phone calls. I went back in and they quickly determined I needed a new 4g LTE SIM card for my phone. After a quick check of their "inventory" they informed me that they were completely out of SIM cards. I thought this was rather strange, but I don't go to the cellular stores that often so I gave them the benefit of a doubt. After driving another 25 minutes down to a Fayetteville location I told them what the Spring Lake store told me and they assured me they were full of shit and there was no way they were just out of SIM cards. Bottom line to me is, if your so eager to save a few cents over a service your expected to provide to your customer, don't expect that I will bring any money your way in the future. read more
