Rich, as the manager has always provided the answers I need when I come in with questions (frequently) and that is worth the bill. Recently my phone got hacked and had so many issues that I had to get a new phone. Sincere was delightful in easing me through the process and had so much patience to transfer the data from the old phone to the new. Anthony, is also knowledgeable and helped download my phone into my car and in the past has reviewed and updated my bills. These gentlemen are truely remarkable in helpfulness and thoughtfulnes. Did not receive anything so I called last night and was told again I will receive it by "the end of the day" Nothing today as well. I returned to the store at 3pm today to return the phone and was told that I can not receive a refund! As per metro pcs customer service, I'm absolutely entitled a refund up to 7 days. Unfortunately these private owned metro stores are out of their hands. All I can do is report them. The rep that took care of me name is Kumar but I believe he was told what to do by the manager with whom he was texting the whole time I was in the store trying to get a refund. I've NEVER in my life ever experienced this type of unprofessional, almost criminal behavior. And I have never experienced refusing to give a paying customer a very much entitled receipt, especially for a $350 purchase. I only received the receipt today AFTER I was refused a refund. The phone was used by me yesterday for a total of 45 minutes. In the EXACT condition that I purchased it yesterday. I will make sure that this business gets the worst reputation and loses customers.
