I went back once the new phone came in, and they made sure it was fully set up and in working order, even making sure that all data has transferred. But the gentleman from this shipping center said no such thing. I am posting this review without any nudging from him. I really respect the gentleman. I was having a problem with my bluetooth headset and the tech took a look and fixed it free of charge. Saved me $100 dollars because I was about to purchase a new pair at the store. I always get polarized sunglasses. I told her that I need polarized aviator. She showed me bunch of them. I tried them on and she helped me decide which one to buy. I ended up buying Burberry polarized aviator. Also the screw on my dior sunglasses had fallen down and she didn't have problem looking at it. She tried to fix it but didn't have a right screw.
