Spent $650 to get 2 iPad Pro screens fixed in March. One of the screens started to delaminate and ultimately stopped working 2 weeks after the 6 month warranty ended. They want to charge me full price to get it fixed again. Manager didn't have to courtesy to contact me and dodged my calls. Disappointed with their service. DONT GO THERE FOR ANY PHONE REPAIR!!! I Went there to fix a cracked screen on a iPhone 11 in June and paid $203 total (was a rip off price but i had to repair phone before returning it to Tmobile). A month later I bring the phone back because the screen he installed was coming off and he said he could not honor the warranty because the phone was dropped. Whatever...he told me he'll take off 10 bucks off if I get repaired again ...I got disgusted with the I dont give a damn attitude and left. I went to Lenny's phone repair in Heartland Village shopping center and he looked at phone and said that the other guy used the cheapest replacement parts...it didn't come off because phone was dropped. AWFUL - took in an iPad to have a screen replaced. Screen has dead spots and doesn't rotate most times, TouchID is now useless, the sleep button on top is not functional, things sometimes work and sometimes they don't. They absolutely ruined it and when I brought it back to ask them to make good, they wouldn't stand by their work and told me to go screw. This place is absolutely disgusting and is a rip off. The girl behind the counter is a fraud and pretended to be a manager so I couldn't report her. She basically robbed me. Now I been to this location before no problems...... she goes to fix my cracked screen cost about 130 dollars no problem. Not even a full 12 hours and the whole screen goes black. I called up several times asking for help please just replace the faulty screen she gave me literally begging her and crying and she hangs up on me. Never calls back but I got a text saying "you're iPad is ready it will be $266." I never authorized any repairs but I figured if it's fixed I'll go get it. So I go to pick it up and Daniela asks if I want it fixed. I show her the text (from HER) and she said "oh that was sent in error" and then returned it to me more broken than it already was. My 16 year old daughter was taken advantage of when she went into ifix to fix her screen on iPhone 7 and I told her to get the battery changed since it's being worked on. Well they did the repairs and when my daughter paid with a debit card they charged her an additional fee of $5.51. calling it a service charge. Well the battery they reinstalled only had a capacity of 73%. I called the next day and they gave me some rigamoro about credit card charges saying it's the consumers expense and not the merchant. The whole experience was just not good business and fees shouldn't have been accessed anyway due to debit card used not credit card which is also a bit seedy. Will never use again.... read more

I dont think im doing business with this place again. Came here because my iPhone charging port was Damaged and wouldn't charge. They fixed it and my charging port charges successfully but they fixed it with another issue and now my microphone is in terrible condition. During phone calls the person on the other end cant hear me well and it would cut off in the middle of my sentence. I would have to repeat myself 2-3 times and it gets super annoy and agitating. My friend just had her phone cleaned after a deployment and all she keeps saying is how pretty her screen looks on the ride home. The place was beautiful and bright inside with a comfy leather couch and TV to watch while you wait. He has the latest screens and cases and the whole place is so clean. Staff is friendly but prices are too pricey! $140 to replace a cracked iPhone 7 screen is way too much. Parts alone is less than $40 online (eBay or Amazon). Did I mentioned you get the cheap LCD screen you can buy online? Don't think you will be getting the Apple OEM screen with Retina display. Only reason I paid for the service is because my phone screen went dark and I needed it fixed ASAP. If you can wait a day or two, but the screen online and change it yourself. read more

I walked in last Saturday with a tablet that would not charge. There was a problem with the charge port....with great effort the repairman tried to solve my problem. He advised me that they didn't have the part needed to have my tablet up and running. The part would have to be ordered which could take 5 -7 days to arrive at their location and then another 3 days to actually repair it. He called another location that would have the part much faster...well I received a call yesterday that my tablet was ready for pick up! Would give this place no stars if I could, I've never written a review for any place in my entire life so please understand this place is terrible. This place destroyed both mine and my boyfriends phone a year or so ago, phone completely glitched out and wouldn't work after we took our phones there to fix the cracked screen. Recently my brother and my mother took their phones there, not knowing I had a bad experience there and again both their phones were destroyed. They forgot to put the back on my mothers phone then just put her case on and tried to play it off like she somehow took her back off and lost it. (she did not) They also poked a hole in the LED and tried to pretend it was pen ink on the screen and was fine. My brothers phone was glitchy and had to go back more than once because the screen was coming apart from the phone.
