On top of all that, the "tech" kept a smirk on his face as if he couldn't care less and couldn't do anything else for them. I dropped my phone off on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. They charged a $40 diagnostic fee, which is applied toward the repair if you decide to move forward. They initially estimated the diagnostic would take about two hours, but it did end up taking longer than expected, so just keep that in mind. That said, once they diagnosed the problem, the technician came out, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. The actual repair took less than 20 minutes, and my phone has been working perfectly ever since. Best of all, the repair was done at an incredibly reasonable price--far less than I expected. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Hopefully I won't need another phone repair anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be coming back.
