Answer, everything!! *If you want to have your account, after 30 years, screwed up...this is your place. *If you want to be lied to, this is the place. *If you want a great product with great service...this is NOT your place. *If you want the added frustration of dealing with children and their take on both business and interpersonal communications...this is your place. *If you would like your time wasted...this is definitely your place. *If you want employees who stick a sign for being away for an hour lunch and then lock the door and go fool around in the back...this is your place. *If you want to deal with children who are more interested in themselves than in customer service or actually doing their jobs...this is the place for you. *AT&T's service in Wildwood is one bar with gusts up to 2 bars. They will then sell you "Turbo" which makes NO difference in Wildwood and simply adds to your bill. *When the going gets tough they will tell you that a district manager will call you and take care of these issues, no one will call. *The runaround on 611 (the AT&T number) is second only to Comcast for America's WORST customer service and support. Really plan on having your time destroyed here, in fact I did over 4 hours this past week alone and no one could resolve the AT&T caused issues. *If you'd like to deal with individuals who won't acknowledge their own mistakes and have a masters degree in "Passingthe buck" this is your place. I've been with AT&T for over 30 years and the final insult to a stock holder is that I can go ahead and call their legacy line and try to get some consideration. Are you kidding me? Indeed he is that expert but also "Outstanding" in customer service. He clearly addressed all our concerns about buying new phones and keeping our exisiting plan. AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - The Villages, Florida

In order to upgrade my phone required 4 visits to the store and 2 hour visit on the last time. When I left the store, no receipts were given, told id get an email with the finance charges. Well No email. Now my phone number has been deleted from the ATT bill, another hour on the ATT phone system, trying to get this resolved. No results yet. Told it would be back in 48 hours. Well no it's not. Totally unacceptable and no wonder it is no longer a thriving company. read more

The Team in Brownwood is the best around this area. I recently moved from Maryland and had visited 3 other ATT stores since January, and knew I was not going back to any of them to upgrade to the iphone 16. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager Sean and he ran through all of my options. He told me about the upgrade and all the promotions that were going on, and answered all my questions. I was undecided, but he gave me his card if I had any questions. When I went back to initiate the upgrade, Axel helped me out and knew exactly what he was doing. I've been back a few times to set up my new phone and watch, buy accessories and with questions. Sean and Axel went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and understood all my new charges. Do not believe anything any of these sales people say at the Brownwood AT&T store. Their salesmen are ill-equipped to (1) explain a promotion correctly and (2) at the very least - misrepresent the value the customer is given. Not only that, when you get the bill after purchasing one of their promos, it is impossible to decipher and bears no resemblance to what was said upon the sale. Beware and go elsewhere. I signed my 10 year old daughter up for an unlimited talk and text $300 pre-paid plan (doesn't charge an activation fee). Works out to be $25 a month. I can justify that amount for a child. When I received the SIM card. I was unable to activate it and the recording prompted me to visit a store. Upon arriving to a store I explained that I wanted unlimited talk and text for $300. They signed me up for the $300 prepaid plan + activation; a total being $342.80. I found out later that they signed me up for the DATA ONLY. They spoke to the prepaid dept and I was under the impression that they would transfer the funds over. WRONG I had two charges on my account. One for $342.80 and another for $300. I disputed the $300 charge with my bank and they sent evidence back stating I got the services I paid for. So I disputed the wrong transaction. So instead of going through Bank of America again. I went straight to the store. I've now been told the credited the amount I paid to my 10-year-old Child's prepaid phone. This is the most ridiculous thing because I've already paid for the entire year already so I would have to wait until May of 2025 to use the funds. We as consumers shouldn't have to fight to get our money refunded. This is my 3rd trip to the store. I've also been waiting for this to be corrected for the last 3 weeks! read more

Worst mistake you can make is to believe anything that this store tells you, especially the Manager Kyle. When he says it's not a contract, it is. When he says their cell coverage is the best because AT&T "is number one" - it's not. You can literally drive to any direction from the Villages East West North & South; and their coverage absolutely is the worst! Take their new phone deals and you're in the AT&T "jail" for years.
