I have gone there to transfer…read moreservice because they would match a competitor and had so many hassles as they kept messing up every so for month and had to manually fix it, was not into helping or servicing people overall, knowledge overall was very poor and the coverage of service areas are very poor. AT&T is definitely not a service provider for those that need a wide service area as their coverage regardless of what they say and the map that shows the coverage areas say because when you actually get their service, it will be spotty in the areas where you think should have no issues with service. We are paying a little less than Verizon but had we known what we know now, we would pay the higher price for being able to have strong frequency in our own house and the ability to use the phone everywhere other than remote areas. Plus their customer service is the worse ever!
