We have home internet and cellphone service with them and have been happy with all of our service. Our family uses a lot of internet, and I mean a lot of internet. To let you know how much internet we use these are the devices that we have that all use our internet service when all four of us are at home at the same time: four smart televisions, two Playstation 5's, two Playstation 4's, four cellphones, two laptops, two desktop computers, three tablets, a wireless printer, a wireless bluetooth soundbar for my husband's television, two Samsung Galaxy smart watches, and I think that's it. Now, all of those aren't all going at the same time, but a lot of them are and when they are, there is no lagging on anything. We've had TMobile since March of 2024 and our service has only gone out twice and it was only due to the power being out, so no fault of TMobile. We also, pay a great price for our service. When I was with Optimum for my home phone, cable and internet service, I was paying over $250 a month. With Boost Mobile we were paying almost $200 for all of our cellphone lines. Now with TMobile for my home internet, which is super fast, all of our cellphone(we have four lines with unlimited everything), internet service on our tablets and smart watches, so that's a lot of stuff, we pay a little over $330 give or take the taxes for that month. That's an over $150 savings on what I was paying before. Whenever I travel I never lose service, unless I'm in like a dead, dead zone, but that would be with any provider. I'm telling you TMobile is the way to go.

Tried 2 different Verizon wireless internet modems. Never could get any kind of connection speed,…read moreonly about 3 mbps versus 50 mbps advertised. Cancelled account and returned both modems/equipment. Since then, Verizon keep emailing me saying I have been charged $200 per modem for unreturned equipment. I returned the equipment in the return boxes they sent me immediately upon receipt. I received separate emails from Verizon for each modem saying Verizon had received returned equipment and account was closed and clear. I have provide this proof to Verizon but they continue to send me emails weekly saying I've been charged $200 a piece for the 2 modems. I have told them charging any previous payment method they may have on account for this or submitting any negative report on my credit would result in litigation and possible charges for credit card and wire fraud. They need to send me proof of account closure and no balance due.

We had 300 mb that also had gotten unaffordable After deciding to leave optimum after numerous calls regarding our bill going up to $82 I felt that we were not very valuable. I have a recorded call asking to have it disconnected on Feb 2 and wanting to know if they can send me a label to return the equipment and was told no they didn't do that and that "I would have to figure it out " after numerous times I told him that it was an hour drive one way to take it and I couldn't do that he kept telling me that I had to figure it out. Then I get an email stating "We're sorry to lose you as an Optimum customer. Your service and billing will ‌end‌ ‌on 02/28/2026. Your final bill will be created on 03/08/2026. Our records show you have Optimum-provided equipment. The below must be returned before 03/08/2026 to avoid unreturned equipment fees on your final bill. The guy I talked to said i only had 7 days. This was also in my email after I drove an hour one way to return the equipment You can return your equipment to any Optimum Store or ship it back using a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you. Allow at least 5-7 days for equipment to be removed from your account. If you have any questions regarding your unreturned equipment, feel free to chat with us. Once you receive your final bill, you can use Quick Pay to make a fast, secure payment without signing in to your Optimum account. Please keep us in mind for your future connectivity needs. I went to fix my iphone before my twins were born and I was impressed by attention and service that…read moreI had recieved...that was in 2019; I went to fix my screen and charger port on my gen 5 iPad a month ago and they said that my motherboard was fried...I challenged it and it was not fried so they "fixed the screen" and put a protective layer on it for free....I removed my protective layer screen because it looked like dust particles were trapped underneath it but they were not!...they are trapped underneath of the newly installed screen. I love the family business concept but the people they have working for them right now are there just to cash in vs what it used to be about-customer service ‍
