I just went to an AT&T store in Vero Beach, FL to replace my glass screen protector. The customer service representative was so unnecessarily rude. I was honestly just taken aback. What stood out most was his kirt response to a comment I made regarding the previous employee who sold me the screen protector. I mentioned he informed me the lifetime warranty allowed me to replace this at no charge (hence the reason I bought the somewhat pricey protector). The response? "No, he did not tell you that.." Just uncalled for and simply untrue. This was just one part of an entirely unpleasant experience, and I really just can't believe how unkind this individual was. I went to the store as it was close and the sales person was very nice! He assured me he would be available when my phone arrived to set it up and add the glass screen I also purchased. So, today it arrived early...HOORAY APPLE! However, now that they have their money can't call the store to set up a time and dealing with all these apps trying to set up a time and, of course, that is not working either! SO, valuable lesson. Next time, I go to BEST BUY as they actually have REAL customer service and they make it easy on the customer vs just take their money and then NEXT! They are the worst! So expensive and so corrupt. The service is bad, every time it rained, my internet would go out, they never did anything about it. Now, too their boxes are on my property in Vero Beach and their people come to do service at them and throw all their garbage, wire, cigarette butts, they leave such a mess. They smoke and have no respect for the homeowner. I have lost all respect for AT&T, would never recommend them at all. Now to hear they cancelled Newsmax from their platform and are censoring the conservative and Christen voices and hearing the truth, I would never use them again or recommend them ever to anyone. Buyer beware. 14 day return for devices even when they don't work. Unsuccessfully tried less than a 30 day return. Poor customer service.

My Dad had just passed away. I went into the store nearly in tears, put his death certificate on the table in front of the employee, Tina, and told her I'd like to cancel his account and purchase a new phone for myself. She said ok, then started talking about how she hated soccer because it's boring and "all the nationalities come out of the woodwork." Nice racist, idle chit-chat while I mourn the loss of my dad. I had 100's of precious voicemails my father left me on my phone, most of which I hadn't even heard yet, and I asked Tina 4 times if they would be safe during this phone transfer. She said they would be. A minute later, all of my voicemails were gone. She did not apologize, bat an eye, no sympathy/empathy, nothing. The manager came out, Kenneth, and wasn't helpful either. They were both unapologetic and told me "there's nothing we can do." This was the worst interaction I've ever had. I've since learned that it's common knowledge among other ATT employees that voicemails do NOT transfer over when you get a new phone. Thanks Tina. Went to this ATT store last week to try and get my mother a new cell phone. The employee we talked to was uninterested and told us that there are no deals for phones. She said ATT is more focused on entertainment products now. She then offered to give us her account number so she could switch carriers if she wanted to. I was completely shocked. My mother has been a customer with ATT for more than a decade and they could have cared less to keep her as one. She ended up buying from Verizon. They were kind and helpful and she got a great deal on new phones. read more

Hello, To start my story I've had a used iphone 6 for over 2 years with a screen protector installed by Best Buy. The problem with the old junk iPhone was mainly the battery draining so quickly. The screen protection was still in perfect condition after 2 years no air gaps not a single problem. I bought a new iPhone here a month ago with a pricey screen protector installed by AT&T. Next day the newly installed expensive screen protector was having air gaps around the left and right edges. I went back, they installed a new one now a different brand..... Same thing happened with the new protector just a little slower mostly on the right edge and around the top. Clearly the installation was not symmetrical nor parallel but that was my smallest concerns it was just not right having air gaps on a new phone and a new protector glass. I did not have much time to fool with this again but I went back just after 30 days. This what they say: - Oh, we can't do anything it is manufacturer's problem. - You only have 14 days to come back. - I asked for my money back..... - Finally they removed the protector glass and gave me another protector sheet out of the box with no instruction no cleaning cloth or lint removal patch. Fantastic! - I paid for the screen protector and I DO NOT HAVE IT on my phone! - And I can't even install it because of the missing items just mentioned. - I have spent several THOUSANDS of DOLLARS at AT&T in the past 25 years and for long years I was spending $200 or so per month. - Can't they even install a screen protector? - Or is it a product specific problem? Than they should know about it. - They are giving you hard time to make this right is very frustrating. - Now after being there not once but 3 times I have to go to yet another place for the 4th time to do the installation correctly. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Talked to condescendly by CONRAD as his other 2 coworkers looked on and watched as this person was rude and not helpful at all. I am pretty sure one of the 2 coworkers was a manager. so i after 10+ years of service i'm disgusted at how they decide to treat their clients who ever the hell the female manager on site on may 27th is a disgrace and has never had a day of customer service training, after a 15+ minute wait for anyone to even acknowledge my presence and multiple calls to deal with a customer support who did nothing i spoke to the manager who decided she did not like my tone of voice or the fact that i was annoyed i was told 'if i did not lower my voice and change my tone she was going to ask me to leave as this was her store she was the manager and that this was my one and only warning' when i translated this to the person who was with me they got annoyed as well and the female manager told one of her staff to make us leave there was a staff member who spoke spanish and tried to intervene and asked us to take a seat and he would assist us momentarily but this women and her bodyguard continued to try to push us out. i have never been so badly treated in any att store i have ever been to i will not be renewing my contract nor changing phones as i came in todo and will make sure to let anyone and everyone know what now passes as customer service at at&t -------------- para cualquier persona hispana que necesite ayuda nunca entren a esta tienda en mi vida e sido tan mal trada. si tu atitud y tono no es lo que la señorita manager piense que de ve ser va a serte salir de "su tienda" a medio en punjos a si el único empleado que hable español trate de entrevenir y calmar la situación. después de más de 15 minutos de espera sin que nadie te ayude y un día largo con el servicio al cliente que nos digo que me tocaba ir a la tienda la señorita manager no le gusto que yo estubiera molesta me advirtió que no le gustaba mi tono ni forma de hablar y que si le sigo hablando me saca de su tienta. horrible cuidado al cliente si les pudiera dar 0 estrellas se las daba que groseria es ta cosa read more
