No offer to adjust them, no mirror to look at them, (eye roll when asked for one), didn't even offer to clean the lenses. All firsts for me and I'm almost 60 years old, wearing glasses all my life. After dealing with a Dr. Bee last year I nearly wrote Lens Crafters off due to his obvious drug addiction wherein his eyes were extremely dialted, he was grinding his teeth, and lacked control. I decided to give you all another chance recently. I had an appointment for myself and 2 children 06/05/15 in which everything went well but 06/18/15 is another story. When it came time for the pick up of our glasses mine were ready but my childrens were held up in transit, fine, Its understandable. What isn't understandable or appropriate is the 44 minutes we sat without anyone assisting us or answering our questions. We had a 12pm appointment in which that was fine, but we didn't leave until 1:42. The problem occured when it was time to pick out glasses for my husband. The optician was helping us and then passed us off to someone who was unlicensed which in turn made for an extremely long wait. The optician, after we sat for 23 minutes left and went outside the store and carried on a personal conversation with a passer by. When continually asked how much longer in which the young lady had no answer. The only thing she said she was able to do was stand there. We were not allowed to pay for our glasses we picked and she couldnt dispense my childs glasses, after we reached 40 minutes of sitting we advised the woman outside the store that we were canceling our order and wanted to pick up my childs order. She was very nonchalant and could care less. At no time did any of the 3 individuals stop and say "i will be right with you', "sorry for the wait", can I help you?', would you like to come back? " NOTHING. I have purchased many items from that particualr store but I have vowed to never step foot in there again. Was it not enough that there was a drug addicted doctor on premise treating patients??? The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and customer service in that store is horrible. I hope this letter finds its way to someone who can help that store because from here on out I and my family and friends will not be patronizing that store again. I have also yelped this same concern.

IDK what would possess someone to purchase full sized furniture from here- its not a furniture store and there are ample alternatives nearby for all economic ranges. Thats just laziness or stupidity. In the realm of clothing, you can get pretty much everything you need- even formal wear, baby clothes, undergarments and really nice shoes. Absolutely love Boscov's and wish we had one in the part of the country where I currently live. People should appreciate what they have. If they lost it, they'd realize what had. I remember when Vineland/Millville didn't have a Boscov's and we had to drive all the way to Depfort to shop. APPRECIATE what you have before you lose it. They have a good selection, nice sales and generally good service.

I went to pick out glasses after looking online at their selection and prices. I found a pair of…read moreframes I liked for $127 and progressive lens were $50.00 so I expected to pay $177 plus tax. The lady there was very friendly. Well when I was told it would be $342 for just the lenses and frames, i questioned why when they advertise the progressive lenses are $50. Apparently Walmart Vision Centers in the stores is not the same as online. She told me online has cheaper lenses but frames usually more and you have to do your own measurements online. I was quite disappointed. I did not buy my glasses there I left and went elsewhere. I feel like that was disception on Walmart's part. To go from the lenses online being $50 to $240 in the store is ridculous, especially when everything says Walmart Vision Center. I will NEVER go back.
