I brought a laptop in to be fixed. They could not fix it and I wasn't really satisfied with the explaination. Gave them my ipad mini to repair the screen and 2 months later they bought me a new one. If i went into the details i would be writing for hours. Long story short the employee lied about sending it the headquarters to get fixed, the regional manager called me a child, they said they ordered me a new ipad but two weeks later they said they had to go to the apple store to pick one up. Then they wanted me to lie about them tampering with the ipad so it wouldn't void the warranty. Never going there again and i hope people read this before they experience the same unprofessional behavior. read more

I spent almost $100 to get my phone fixed. I noticed there was a white blank area along the edge of my phone when it was on a black screen - this was especially visible at night which is why I didn't notice it until later in the evening. Two days after I had my phone fixed a hairline crack started forming along the edge of the phone- I never dropped my phone! When I went back in to have it checked they said the warranty did not cover this crack and they said they wouldn't help me fix the white spot on my screen (which was never there before). I spent about 30 mins standing in the store while the clerk was texting and calling his boss trying to find a way to get rid of me....I could tell they were chatting about money. Finally they said I could pay another $55 without tax to have the screen fixed but would have to drive across town to an outlet. I went to this store thinking it was was better, even though it is about 30-40% more expensive than If you go to one of the phone fixing places out by the mall. Not a happy customer!!! I decided not to have them fix it because they could try to sabotage the phone again and make me cough up even more money. read more

My screen protector cracked on my I-phone 10s. I went here to get a new protector and was greeted by Tiffany. She was awesome. I wanted the privacy screen protector so she put it on my phone quickly and I was out the door fast. Needless to say being older I had a hard time seeing the screen even with the privacy protector. LOL. I went back the next day and she replaced it with a clear protector. She wanted me to try a thinner screen protector but it was not in stock at the moment. She told me to come back when I'm in town and she will replace the protector with the new one with out a problem. Tiffany is very nice and helpful. I had my Iphone 6 glass screen and LCD replaced at this location after a bad experience with Cellairis in the Wellington Green Mall. The associate was very kind and helpful not to mention they had the cheapest repair prices in the area. After about a week of use my LCD screen began acting up again. I returned it to the store and the associate offered to replace the screen again for free. I was told a wait time of 40 minutes which ended up being and hour and 10 minutes. If my phone no longer gives me issues after this repair I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a cheap fix. I was impressed with the fact that the associate honored my 30 day warranty without looking for a reason to charge me for replacing it again. read more

I would not suggest getting your phone repaired here at all. The product quality they use is absolutely TERRIBLE and the phone screen they put on (that I paid $140 for) peeled off my phone not even a week later. When I went back for a refund because the products they use are terrible - they would not even refund me my entire money back. They could not refund the labor amount even thought labor was done INCORRECTLY. You best believe I will be on the phone with higher ups & my bank. I would NEVER suggest anyone to go get their phone fixed here - Apple will do it for less (even without a warranty or Apple Care) and it'll be a quality product. ALSO - getting your phone repaired here will void your Apple Care. The employees here tell you it does not - but Apple representatives told me otherwise. They might repair it quick here, but I would rather way an hour at Apple and have it done correctly than the crappy product they used on my phone. DO NOT GO HERE - IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. read more

THEY USE 3RD PARTY PARTS TO REPAIR YOUR iPHONE. -I got my screen replaced here and the screen is complete garbage. It's unresponsive half of the time in large areas of the phone. It's a nightmare. This is the 2nd time I went back to have them switch out the faulty screen they put on my phone. Same problem. I am currently in a battle to get my full money back. They have a "30 day warranty", so I went to get a refund and they ONLY gave me $90 out of the $140 I paid to have my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced. -Bottom line: So much of my time and money have been wasted. read more

We brought an iPhone 5c in for a screen replacement and we were told it would be fixed in two hours. They took it apart, damaging it further but DID NOT FIX it because they didn't have the part (which apparently they realized after the phone was in pieces(?)) They charged us $212 anyway, the full price of replacement!!! We disputed the charge and took the phone to apple (who fixed the screen quickly and for ALOT less money.) We thought nothing of it until last week when our credit card company told us ifix INSISTED that THEY HAD done the work and therefore the charge couldn't be returned. These people are crooks and everyone should know!!! I'm telling everyone I can about this awful experience unless they make it right...For $212 ifix has lost this whole family of customers, all of our friends...and counting.... BUYER BEWARE!!! I'm in town visiting from New York and I was walking around the local shops and came across the store went in and had a look around. I found two life proof cases that I wanted to purchase and I went to the register and purchased them and paid close to $200 for both cases which I was perfectly fine with. It was only when I decided to take three steps towards the door I looked at the sizes on the phone cases and realized that I had purchased the wrong one so I turned around and asked the store employee if he had that style case in the size that I was looking for he informed me that he didn't so I said OK that's fine I will take the return on this one case and keep the other case that I bought already, it wasn't until then that he informed me that they have a no return policy that they will only do store credit. There were no signs posted in the establishment of there no return policy The only proof of their policy was on the receipt and in that case I would have to buy something in order to see that store policy. so I had to argue with the gentleman who is working and asked him to call his supervisor and upon talking to the supervisor they refused to return my money to me and told me that I'm best off calling the sheriffs department which I was gladly going to do, so upon me picking up my cell phone and calling the sheriffs department a secondary owner that was watching on the video cameras saw that I was getting irate called the store to talk to the employee told the employee to refund my money. This whole experience made me return both pieces and leave the establishment without making a purchase and in the mist of this they were two other customers in the store but when I told them what was going on they walked out of the store. read more

I am not giving the guys or the customer service one star but just the lesson I learned to not have a third party fix my screen ever again! I should have gone through my carrier and/or apple b/c my phone has been messed up ever since and they put 2 screens on my phone. first off the color is much darker which I can deal with but my touch is totally messed up and driving me nuts! when I text and scroll it's very annoying. these places charge an arm and a leg to fix probably a $5 screen and this is what I got..oh well, lesson learned...and now with the 2nd screen there is a bright spot on it which I was told will go away in 24 hours which I doubt it will but I am stuck with what I got now. read more

I was promised my iPhone 6's cracked screen would be fixed in 20 minutes. It was done right away. The price was right & I didn't have to go to a mall. This place is right in the middle of City Place, across from Cheesecake Factory. Terrance also offered to put a glass coating on my screen and discounted the price to $20. They can fix your phone quickly but the employees and pricing are shady. My friend and I went to repair her cracked iPhone screen, and were promised a 20% to students displayed on a sign on the door and also a $5 off for a good google review which was posted on the front counter. She made the review and confirmed with the employee that she would be receiving both of these discounts, but after leaving for them to fix the screen noticed she was given 15% off and the 5$ was not discounted for the review at all. I went back with her to question, and the worker acknowledged he did not give her the discounts because it would "ruin his profit". He continuously sighed and acted like we were asking him to give up a kidney until reluctantly asking if she'd like him to adjust the price to what she was promised. He continued complaining the entire time he fixed the price AS IF the discount was not advertised on a sign on the door AND had did not verbally confirmed with her an hour prior. First of all he was dishonest, then extremely rude once we called him out, and the entire process was terribly unprofessional. She rightfully changed her google review, and had to go back to reprint a receipt for insurance purposes in which the same employee mumbled about how he should not help her because she edited her original review. I never make review but I felt this should be made known because it is truly some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I went into this store to buy an iPhone 7 plus case. They had only one choice which I bought. I then 1 hr later decided to return the case to I fix and repair. The employee at the store was rude to me. I called his manager and the employee rolled his eyes while I called his manager. Other customers entered the store and he was not helpful to them also. They said they had to send it t headquarters to get fixed. 3 weeks later I need to call them because they refuse to let me know what is happening. They said it had been broken beyond repair and now need to order a new one. Its been over a week and still no IPad shipped to the store. I call the headquarters and they said they did not receive an IPad there under my name. Now the regional manager is investigating it. I went there 2 weeks ago to get my shattered screen fixed, the people working seemed annoyed that I even came in at all. fixed my screen however when they returned it back to me, the new screen looked like it wasn't properly put in place, and the home button seemed sunken in. the next day I had trouble swiping and scrolling, and then it had problems charging. I got sick of it and decided to go back to them to get the problem they caused fixed however again whoever I talked to didn't really help me.. just told me that I would have to pretty much pay for the whole screen replacement again. no one has time for that. They make you pay upfront. While speaking with the sales clerk he mentioned this is in part because the store has so many law suits against it. Great, now you tell me. Turns out the company could not fix my phone so I asked for a refund. They gave me my receipt and said I could use it at the other location in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that may have the type of iPhone screen that I need. I said thank you, but I'd prefer a refund as that location is not at all convenient for me.The clerk told me he notified his manager and I would receive an email confirming the refund had been processed over the weekend. It never happened. The next week I called and left a voice mail inquiring of the status of the refund. No one called me back. I suppose I will have to keep calling or make a trip down there to stand in front of someone until my refund is processed. Its been two weeks. Terrible experience. I brought in my daughter's ipad, which was working fine, with a home button that worked fine, with a battery that was fine as well-- but it had a cracked screen. When they finished replacing the screen, at first the home button was sunken, and now when the case was used, it turned off the device. Brought it back, then they returned it to me with the button somewhat sunken, but now it wouldn't charge at all. Brought it back, they returned it to me with the button somewhat sunken (as compared to how I originally gave it to them), and still the case couldn't be used. The button quickly failed altogether. Brought it back; they sent it to another store, kept it for weeks, and finally returned it, with the button somewhat sunken. After two weeks, the button sunk completely and the ipad could not be used at all. I had wasted hours with them, many weeks, many phone calls. An ipad that simply had a broken screen, but otherwise worked just fine, was now worthless. A screen replacement is not a complicated job. I lost the use of a device worth hundreds of dollars dealing with them, to say nothing of my time. read more
