Strange encounter. Went to have screen protectors replaced. Associate told us they usually just do one per visit. ? They were pretty worn so it's not like we go in there all the time to replace them. Went in today to add my daughter to my line and got great service. Due to the weather and it being during the week, there was no wait. Usually in the weekends they are super busy. Hugo, our representative, was able to get us the phone we wanted and was knowledgeable to answer all of the questions I had. He completed the whole process in a timely manner. read more

If I could leave less than a star i would. Hands down the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I came in to return a leased phone i was no longer using and was told by the agent on the phone to bring into a nearby store. They refused to help with taking in my phone so the lease payment could stop. Then I simply wanted to upgrade my device and got an attitude as soon as they realized my account was a sprint account. Sprint is now tmobile, i cant go to a sprint store. They refused to help me with this as well because it would take to long to set the new phone up. This was at 6:30 they close at 8. Never has it taken longer than 20 minutes on a bad connection at that for me to swap a phone. I will not be returning to this store and you shouldn't bother coming in. They treat people with no respect and are rude just because they need to do their job. read more

We have a business account with T-Mobile and what a disappointment, they should be ashamed of their greeting when they say that they have special teams for their special customers ... My husband called today to see if the Note 10+ in Aura White. The representative Mark answered the phone and asked what our interest was. My husband told him what we were looking for. He proceeded to inform us that the Note 10+ did not come in white...which if he went on the website would see that this is not correct. As we proceeded to inform he he rudely hung up the phone him in mid conversation. That is not how you handle your long term customers. He said the note 10 + only came black and aura glow. Which Aura Glow is a silver rainbowy type phone. For a customer service centric position this is unacceptable. There is no reason to hang up on a potential customer. Completely unacceptable. If you cannot be customer service friendly over the phone then I have no desire to walk into your store. read more

Horrible service I went in yesterday because my phone was only working while I was on Wi-Fi a salesman named Mike tried to tell me that I needed to upgrade my plan which I did then the phone still didn't work went back two hours later and he said I needed a new phone which turned out when I went to another carrier not to be the case at all!! Have had T-mobile for 11 days. ALL incoming calls are going to voicemail. I've been on the phone with customer support twice over 2 hours. I was supposed to receive Netflix subscription but had to reach out for that promo, as it wasn't automatic. Their customer service can't even return my call, because they too, go to voicemail. Hands down, this is probably the best phone carrier location I ever been to. Staff are professional, and staff are friendly/helpful. And then on top of that they play music in the background so you don't get bored while using/testing phones, waiting in line or waiting for the next specialist agent to help you. Went to this location this morning at about 8:15am to get my daughter the new Iphone 11. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years, I'll admit the service and support I receive from T-Mobile from their call centers is the best, however the associate in this West Palm location was anything but helpful, we were wasting his time with questions and he didn't want to be bothered. When I asked him about assisting in transferring the data from the old iPhone to the new, he said T-Mobile doesn't do that, we would have to do that ourselves. I asked about the AppleCare insurance options, he could not give me a clear answer. I went straight to the Apple Store, at the PGA Mall, grant it the wait on the line was about 1 hour, but once we got inside the store, the shopping experience was seamless, we got all our questions answered and we walked away with a promotion that the T-Mobile rep didn't even mention. But the key issue here is training, know the product and services offered to maximize the shoppers experience and always be courteous and pleasant just like your call center counterparts. read more

Went in wanting to buy a phone that was in Stock, talked to M*, he went and grabbed a phone and I asked for a different color. He said he'd check, while we stood there he helped out 3 other people other than me. After which I was still waiting as he was joking around with other employees. I approached him and he said he would go get the phone, a few minutes later he returned with the wrong phone, and said he would go again to get the right phone... and after about 10 more minutes I got up and told them I was leaving. As I expressed before about how unfair it is you have me paying you for high speed connection and all I been receiving and using is low dial up speeds. I have been taking the time to record and picture the speeds and the times I am in the middle of using my phone and I have no connection. Yes I have personal issues like living with PTSD and other conditions and having to pay for internet I am not receiving is not only affecting mood by exacerbating my conditions and leaving me with a headache, frustration and complete anger. This forces me to leave my work and do it at a latter time which affects me officiency to finish much needed things like SCHOOLing, WEB WORK, download and uploads, GPS, SOCIAL MEDIA, DROPPING CALLS, LOW CONNECTION PEOPLE UNABLE TO HEAR ME. I am currently starting back into school next month so I pray that your upgrade is finished but I am not holding my breathe as you have lied and not met a deadline you have given of the end of january and I been very patient but you have destroyed the quality of my life leaving me depressed, sad, frustrated and this angers me as I have no control but forced to take money out of the mouth of my children to pay you for something I am not receiving and as I said in the past I will be looking into taking out a lawsuit to recover funds I have been robbed of for services I did not receive not to mention how much you have destroyed the quality of my life by exacerbating my conditions. Do NOT use T Mobile. Within 6 months, they sold me two defective phones. When I came in to return the 2nd one, they asked me to try a "free" tablet - only $10/month for the data. I said I didn't need it. They said "Give it a try." If you don't use it, you can bring it back." It turned out to be defective, too. I returned the defective tablet and the 2nd defective phone on the same day, in their boxes, with their prepaid labels. They just charged me $800 for the phone I returned and they've refused to take back the "free" tablet - now they want money for that, too, or I'm locked into the $10/month until it's paid for. That's not free. I've tried to resolve this at the store and over the phone. I've spent hours of my time trying to get acceptable customer service. Meanwhile, I can't pay bills because I'm out $800. just came from the store on 1960 Okeechobee Blvd. the experience was un believable . first there was no organizing I stood there an waited then a loud voice said where is my music ? then He , ( an employee ) turned on VERY loud ,very abrasive music . I don't know how any one could talk or hear anything said .
