Yes, all staff and customers were wearing masks. First, we checked in with the manager, he advised they were at capacity and we were asked to wait in our vehicle. We waited maybe 3 minutes and were greeted curb side. We came into the store to upgrade our phones and purchase an iPad. We weren't even there an hour and all of our needs were met. We even got an increased military discount - thank you! We will certainly be coming back to this ATT store in the future for cases and other needs. read more

Most cell providers are trash but American telephone and telegraph takes the cake. Keep in mind most stores are not corporate and are 3rd party vendors and work strictly off commision. The corporate stores are "union". They have access to special access programs through the government. Any phone can be cloned and their customer service is horrible. I had an incredibly frustrating and dishonest experience with AT&T. Their employees called me four times a day for over two weeks, constantly pushing me to switch to their wireless phone plan. Eventually, I spoke with a representative who emailed me a quote for 5 lines at $86/month. Based on that quote, I agreed and ported in all my lines. Once everything was set up, I was shocked to see that my actual bill was $246/month--nearly three times the quoted amount. I called multiple times trying to get this resolved, but AT&T refused to honor the $86 quote I had in writing. I immediately ported out as soon as I saw the $246 bill. Then I called to request a refund. An employee told me to wait 30 days until the next billing cycle and assured me that a note would be placed on my account so I could get a refund at that time. So I waited 30 days--even though all my lines were canceled, I still received a bill. When I called back after the 30 days, as instructed, they flat-out refused to refund me. AT&T used misleading sales tactics to get me to switch, failed to honor their written quote, and then strung me along for over a month only to deny a refund they had initially promised. Unbelievably helpful. I spent 2 hours trying to fix my phone and Lisandro fixed it in less than ten minutes. He was incredible professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's hard to emphasize how savvy he was. He knew the answers to all my problems and fixed them quickly. Do not go to the one over by Rock. These guys are far more helpful. read more

I came into the store @ 9 am, waited around for 2 hours, and then they offered to make an appointment for an hour later. Came back for my appointment waited around for 30 more mins past when I scheduled my appointment. They said they had to run a credit check and would call me when done. They never called. I called and they said I would have to come back and go through the whole process again. WORST customer service ever. Will not be going back. Just left the AT&T store on Kellogg after waiting for some help. The lady said she would help me so I walked around for 10 mins. When the customer the two employees were helping were finished and walked to the door, the employees went to the back and left me in the store, so I left. I see why this store is only 2.5 stars. I recently was on the receiving end of some of the worst customer service I have ever received. My 85 year old father and I stopped by to purchase a phone case and battery. After waiting at the check in station for more than 20 minutes, Brian Hall the store manager approached us. I stated we were looking for a battery, which he informed me they didn't sell and that I needed to purchase the case I had selected and was holding. Brian then stated that we would have to wait while he checked in the other customers behind us who had just walked in the door. After waiting nearly twenty minutes already and only needing to make a one item purchase, I said to Brian Hall, really, I have to continue to wait while you check in other people who arrived just a short while ago. He said, "my job is not to ring up your purchase but to check people in. I handed Brian the case and walked out. Upon further reflection I returned to the store to ask for the manager. Was I surprised to find out that Brian hall is the manager of this store. He then said to me, if you had just waited you would have your phone case by now, my job is to serve all customers the same. I informed him if that was the case that my father and I were certainly not treated the same and that I would like his supervisors information as well. Brian eventually produced some names and then said, "go ahead and call them, maybe they can explain our process to you" Wow, that's what I call serving the customer with a friendly attitude and showing a desire to have their business. read more

I went to this place to find a sd card upgrade, have my data transfered and buy a case. I walked in and went straight to the front desk. I am used to waiting so I stood there for about 5 minutes without any help. I kept trying to find a way to get their attention but nothing happened. There was a sad customer to employee ratio but still I did not get any help. After about 8 minutes of no one talking to me despite pulling out a debit card and pulling out cash, I gave up. I yelled put screw this and went to best buy where I was helped from the second I walked in the door (whicj was very unexpected) and made my purchase there. Despite having been a customrr for 11 years and also being a customer of their uverse service I was highly disappointed by these people. I don't blame the company because I always get great customer service but this store is the exception. If you can find another place that has what you need run to it. The employees here have no idea what great customer service is. Call in to customer service or go to another store but don't give them your money. As a former at&t rep I can tell you they are not the ones to deal with. read more
