I ended up going home to unlock my credit to facilitate account transfer. I returned later to have Shoniah Epps to assist me. She was nothing less than amazing & diligent in her efforts to successfully complete my requests of account transfer. It was such a struggle, as nothing is easy. Shoniah was so awesome as did finally successfully complete my requests! I am so grateful!! It was not a quick process!! I also interacted with Byron Brown, Sales Associate. He was so sweet!! Such a nice young man. All involved helped make what could have been a much more painful process, much better!! I tried to go above his head to speak to his manager but he kept giving me non-existent email addresses that would bounce back. He supposedly gave me his manager's phone number but it was a generic voicemail of a non-professional sounding female that said hi leave me a message. Lol I will never do business with T-Mobile. All they are is assake , aggravation and a MAJOR waste of time!!!!! Also I was told the ridgewalk store could do nothing to help me. They said I had to go to the Barrett parkway store so a technician could look at my phone. I've been by there four times at various times of the day and there has NEVER been a technician at the Barrett parkway location. The last time I was there the girl said " I'm sorry this never happens.'' I've been trying to get my phone fixed for a year. A YEAR!!! I've called *3 about 5x trying to get my phone repaired using my insurance. Btw I started out as a Sprint customer but then sadly they were bought out by T-Mobile. So the first time I dial * 3 the call was 47 minutes and 10 seconds long. To sum it up I was transferred to my insurance company to get my phone repaired. Was on hold with them on and off they kept asking me questions and I was finally told that they are the insurance company for T-Mobile not Sprint customers and that I was talking to the wrong company. So the other four times I quickly made sure the representative knew that I was a Sprint customer and I needed to file a claim with the Sprint insurance. They apologized and would then send me to T-Mobile insurance again who would say that they are not my insurance company. Two of the times I asked for the phone number for Sprint insurance and both times I was given the wrong number for the wrong insurance company.

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!!
