Wes, the service associate and AT&T certified advisor, helped us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of our questions and ensured that the new phone was set up correctly. At one point, we had a request that required a manager's assistance. Taj, the assistant store manger, came to save the day and help us complete the entire transaction. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because I later found out that they had attached our newly purchased Total Tech and Apple Care to my wife's account, not mine. This was an account that my wife had not used in over 12 years, and it was attached to an email address which she no longer has access to. I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service twice, and nobody was able to transfer the Total Tech and Apple Care to my account. So, I was pleased with the service and support provided by Wes and Taj but later ran into lots of headaches when dealing with Best Buy.

My recommendation if you buy a product from the Outlet is to ask them a way that you can contact the store directly if you have a problem rather than just getting the Call Center - they are horrible. Even if you call the local number, it will bounce you to the call center who have no way of helping you - just tell you to take it back.

When I went to pick it up, the tech explained to me where to get new filters and how often to change them. Very helpful. This business services all makes and models of vacuum; they name might imply they only do Electrolux, but they service all brands. They also sell all kinds of Electrolux products, including vacuums, water purifiers, air purifiers, etc. Seems like a very good business. I would use them again.

Last night we went looking to buy Christmas lights with my daughter. I had a special question about old tree lights that had stopped working. Alex, a very helpful young man, went to look for an expert to assist me. After a short wait, Tracy came and explained that I should try to check out the plug at the end of the string of lights. By replacing the fuse. I might get the lights working again. That was a great advise. She even opened a box of Christmas tree lights to show me how to do that. Her willingness and knowledge to take the time with a customer was very well appreciated. Tracy shared with me how much she has enjoyed working for this company and how she enjoys interacting with customers. You don't get that often anymore. That's unheard of." I soon found out why. Scheduling is very simple. Responses are very prompt. The technician, Christian, contacted me to notify me of his arrival time and arrived promptly. He kept me informed of his diagnoses as he worked through the repair process. He provided a price estimate once his diagnosis was complete. He completed a very effective repair of our dryer. I walked in and stood unacknowledged for 5-7 minutes, despite two associates being present, one of whom wasn't engaged with any customer. I had to approach the available associate myself. She put down her phone and asked, "What do you need," with visible reluctance. I was there to discuss an upgrade after cracking my phone. When I asked the price of each model, she repeatedly quoted the monthly payment instead of the total cost. It took five direct requests to get a straight answer. The visit went downhill from there. She made an error exchanging my SIM card and couldn't fix it. She called another associate who wasn't in-store, then her own store manager, before finally reaching regional manager (RM) as a last resort to cover for her mistake. When I spoke with the RM myself, he was dismissive, condescending, and rude, offering no real accountability for the store's failures or my time. Between the wait, the runaround on pricing, the hours I can't get back, and a regional manager who couldn't be bothered to treat a customer with basic respect, this was the worst service experience I've had. I won't be returning to this location, and I'd think twice before trusting this team with anything.
