Wes, the service associate and AT&T certified advisor, helped us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of our questions and ensured that the new phone was set up correctly. At one point, we had a request that required a manager's assistance. Taj, the assistant store manger, came to save the day and help us complete the entire transaction. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because I later found out that they had attached our newly purchased Total Tech and Apple Care to my wife's account, not mine. This was an account that my wife had not used in over 12 years, and it was attached to an email address which she no longer has access to. I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service twice, and nobody was able to transfer the Total Tech and Apple Care to my account. So, I was pleased with the service and support provided by Wes and Taj but later ran into lots of headaches when dealing with Best Buy.

That was a great advise. She even opened a box of Christmas tree lights to show me how to do that. Her willingness and knowledge to take the time with a customer was very well appreciated. It shed fibers everywhere, and the fibers pulled out after routine vacuuming. I returned the rug within the stated return window and had my original receipt. After inspecting it, the store manager acknowledged that the rug appeared to be defective, yet I was still told that the store could not issue a refund. To make matters worse, this rug was extremely large and very heavy. I had to drag it into the store myself, and I was caught in the rain while bringing it inside. Instead of showing understanding, the manager complained that the rug was wet while I too was standing there dripping and explained it was raining outside. That interaction made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. A customer who returns a defective product with a valid receipt, within the published return window, should not have to struggle physically to bring the item back only to be denied a refund after the defect is acknowledged. Standing behind defective merchandise is a basic part of good customer service. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in shopping here. I hope the company reevaluates its policy and gives store managers the authority to resolve situations involving defective products fairly.

There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. When I go shopping for electronics I like to shop locally. Especially for large ($$$) purchases. I want to see the product and be able to talk to someone. I usually go between Best Buy and Brand smart. They carry similar products and the price is usually close or they will match the price. So, what makes the difference in my selection? Of course it is the people. I recently had a very good experience with Grady Jackson, and want to ensure that management knows about the quality employee they have. I was in the market to upgrade my TV and sound system. Grady was able to explain the nuances of all the tv's (OLED vs. QLED, for example), and do so in a manner that I could understand. He has a professional and pleasant manner, and never lost his patience. When the product I wanted was not available at the store, he kept looking at other stores to hopefully find one. In the end, he was able to offer me the floor model and a very good price. I was really impressed with Gradys' persistence and bringing the sale to a close. He definitely deserves recognition for his efforts. read more
