I've heard a lot of ppl go here. I haven't been in years and the last one was in SATown. If you have ever been in an Old Time Pottery this is what it reminds me of. Big store with lots of items to check out. However the whole store has an odd smell and it gave me a headache so I didn't stay long. Majority of Furniture was on the shelving units and I'm always afraid they will fall down so I don't want to test it out. How are you supposed to sit in the chairs if they are on the 2nd shelf? Beth the manager kicked us out for "running" when we didn't and for sitting on the couches when other people were doing it so yea she sucks

Last night I purchased a deck umbrella and a stand. The stand was defective . The store is asking that I return the stand , which weighs 40 pounds . Normally that would not be a problem, if it were not for an injury to my knee limiting my ability to lift anything over 30 pounds. The store personnel was informed of my physical limitations , and they could care less. I shall have to make arrangements with a neighbor to load the stand in my car along with the umbrella I purchased. I shall return the full purchase to the store for a total refund. In as much you do not have any sympathy for handicapped individuals and wish to make no allowances for them I shall never buy from your store again. One other thing, you have no customer service phone number, hence another reason to doubt the validity of such an enterprise. As a follow up to my previous post of 04142022, I attempted to return the merchandise the same evening of the post . The manager Nicole and a sales associate took the merchandise out of my car into the store . When I asked for a refund I was informed that I needed my receipt which I could not locate ( later was found ) . I was informed by Nicole the manager , who was far less than polite , that a receipt was necessary for a refund. When I informed her that I had alternate means of proof of purchase ( my credit card ) it was denied and I was asked to leave the store. I did without the merchandise. I later located the sales receipt which has no mention of a receipt necessary for refund. However there is a mention of a "No hassle receiptless refund " policy upon presenting the proof of purchase I tried to submit. To be honest I felt like I was not appreciated as customer as well as I felt like I was definitely not "At Home ", but at war trying to resolve a simple refund within store policies read more

What is up with At Home's always looking messy. Every single time I have gone into a location, the products are on the floor, not placed in the proper spots, or misplaced all together. I decided to check out At Home because I needed a very particular item to go in my bathroom. I went to the aisle that I thought the product would be on, but couldn't locate it after looking for about 10 minutes. I asked an employee and she walked me over to the same aisle. She stated that the item should be there, but you just have to look around. The items were all stacked on top of each other, mismatched, and just a hot mess. I ended up finding the product all the way in the back and it was damaged. I ended up having to go to another At Home to retrieve the product. Save your time and money and do not shop here. Everything is overpriced and the product selection is slim. Will not be back in the future. read more

This store has lovely things but the customer service is pretty bad. It's actually horrible. I'm very easy going when I'm treated with kindness but last week I questioned my receipt and the store manager, Gavin, (who rung me up) very quickly, sharply, and angrily explained why the item I thought was on sale was not. He did not take a breath between sentences and grabbed a sign, set it squarely two feet in front of me and pointed vigorously at the words, saying, "I'm sorry ma'am if you were confused but other customers are not confused by this" over and over. He would not allow me to speak and I left feeling upset. I called back minutes later and spoke to Gavin explaining calmly and kindly that I was only asking and that I've been in customer service and most customers are nice people and it's not necessary to jump all over them but it's better to listen and let them speak. Of course, no level of calm was going to ease his need to be curt and angry and he cut me off saying I should call the corporate office and complain. If you read my google and yelp reviews you'll see I'm appreciative of good service. In a situation like this I would have normally said, (Oh, they're not on sale? My mistake, thank you) but no one likes to be patronized and shut down. This store has a great selection and good prices but if you have a problem with an item you may get your head ripped off just for asking. read more

Love the staff here. The store is clean and organized as the other locations. I come here often to shop with my mom.

New store in the area where Kmart used to be. It's a huge improvement from Kmart. Reasonably priced home deco with tons of stuff to choose from. Everything is super organized so it's very easy to find what you are looking for. read more

I knew it was a matter of time when this store was going to loose it's flare and the hype would be dead like the rest of the stuff in this area!!!im now standing in line 11:49 and haven't moved since 12:33!!! And I counted up to 5 people working the floor and only 1 cashier!!! WHY?? People are leaving their carts and walking out of the store!!!! If you can shop at another location please these country bamas don't know what they're doing!!! read more

They have a lot of damaged expensive things. I was surprised that it is pretty much the same things A HomeGoods. I did not see one customer service rep on the floor. One customer needed a basket from a top shelf and I tried to help but we were both too short...Oh well will stick to HomeGoods... read more

This place suuuucckkkss!! It's crazy over priced, almost all of the display furniture is tattered or broken, the service is like the DMV. Would never recommend for anyone to go here. Would get better deals on Letgo or even yard sales! read more

New store in Fredericksburg in the old Kmart location is full of cute items that are overpriced and poorly made. Great selection on certain things like bar stools or holiday decorations or patio cushions, but sales floor staff are nowhere to be seen, sales are misquoted and confusing, and most customers seem to be leaving empty-handed. this store just opened and not impressed with the items inside. did great work on the remodel of the former k mart that was there but everything looks cheap and way over priced !!! probably will not return to this place !!! read more
