It rivaled what I'm used to finding at Ralphs in Los Angeles. Nice to know I won't have to head to the specialty stores on a regular basis and I'm also happy to find something above the discount grocery story level. Interacted with some of the front desk people to get my giant card and they were both helpful and pleasant.

The bakery offers fresh bread and baked goods, and the seafood section has a good selection of fresh fish and shellfish. The hot bar has a variety of prepared meals, and there is a seating area to enjoy your food. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. They also have Military Mondays, offering 10% off for military personnel, which is a nice benefit. Overall, Shoppers Food Warehouse in Stafford is a clean, well-stocked store with friendly staff. We noticed the mistake when I was driving back home, we returned to the store to complain about what happened and the manager treated us like we were stealing the items. The manager came to my car to check the bags and said "this is a lot of items for only two bags". How would you feel after that? Of course, anyone would be offended. Then, I took the bags to the store and check the receipt and every item in the bags. She ended up having to returned the money, but said "Not sure how these items 'magically' got in the receipt. Again, insulting me. Corporate office would get a longer email about this manager ( refused to give me her name) and the way she handled this situation. Terrible customer service.
