No star rating if I could! We had a chair in our cart, which fell out, right in front of an employee. This employee saw it, turned his head & stood there rearranging items on a shelf. No offer of help. That was indication number one we should've just left. Onto checkout. Clearance summer items did not ring up the sale price. They were all on the clearance shelves, multiple items. Same with the summer chairs in that middle aisle . Big sign right next to each style of chair. Not one chair had red sticker on them, all were stacked on top of each other. I tried telling the check out girl this & she just kept parroting," it has to have a red sticker." I told her, none of these chairs have a red sticker, two separate styles, reg height & bar height, each had the sign next to them stating the price. She never offered to check, nothing. Manager walked by, I asked her. Same thing, it needs a red sticker. I said, again, none of these chairs had any stickers, but they had two huge signs next to each style chair, indicating the sale price. So, nothing rang up correctly. I also had summer candle holder ( wicker style, hello, yeah, that's a summer item plus it was on your clearance shelf with multiple other wicker items!) rang up regular price. Yet again, I said it was on your clearance shelf with other exact items, this wasn't the only one. I was not walking all the way back to that section, one, it's not my job & two, why should I keep doing that when they should be offering to go check it out, but I have to do it while they just stand there? No. Not anymore. Take your lazy employees,managers & shove them where the sun doesn't shine. Your store isn't the only option. Never will I go back this store. Not if your items were free. Horrible experience, rude employees, nothing rang up correctly. Even tho they work there, they can't be bothered, save your gas & money. Go elsewhere! read more

This Lowe's does not carry about customer service just there month sales goals. Drew the manager had me waiting at the return desk for over 15 minutes while talking to other employees around the corner as I waited. Clear as day the return policy stated on line means nothing and they will sit there and Blame their computer. As a business owner in the past I would constantly get calls from them asking if they can help with any jobs or orders, I obviously hurting for business. Your sales are down and your reviews are terrible because you don't care bottom line. Stay away from this Lowe's and go down the street to Home Depot. Better price and no hassle return policies that they actually honor. read more

It's kinda difficult to describe this place, part Home Goods, part Big Lots, Kirklands, etc etc. Inside you'll find lots of stuff for all your decorating needs, from wall art to dressers and even patio stuff of all sorts. They have seasonal items too, and even snacks/candy. The store layout is similar to Costco, like a big open warehouse. I've found it difficult to find an employee if you need assistance. For example, I needed help locating a rug, and not one employee was on the sales floor. I walked around most of the store before finally spotting one near the front. I've purchased a lot of metal decor here- some metal flowers for the kitchen, metal cacti for the patio and metal art for the bathroom too. I like their rug selection as well, especially the shag rugs. Groovy! They have clearance items in a lot of the sections too. read more

OMG this store! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it makes me spend all my money there!! They had a large selection of new cushions for my outdoor furniture which is why we first went. Now, having been there three times in three weeks I have noted that their prices are not bad, they always have a bunch of stuff on clearance too. I have new cushions for my furniture, solar lights, wind chime, and a few cool things for the inside of the house too... we need some scatter cushions for a new loft sitting area so I think I'll just pop down there now..... lol. I recently went into At home on 2 different occasions, and each experience was drastically different. The first time in there several employees were available in case I needed help. The store is pretty overwhelming and the Christmas/holiday items are spread out hence hard to find what you are looking for. My first visit went pretty well and I thought to myself, "now I need it to go on sale!" Too much cute stuff that is overpriced imho. My second visit was just a few days ago. I had 30 minutes before my doctor appointment that was 5 minutes away. I found a few ornaments I had decided I wanted and went upfront. The line was pretty long. I figured I would not have time so I thought I may find an employee and put my items on hold. Well, the young girl was so anxious and hesitant and didn't seem to understand what placing items on hold meant. She used her walkie talkie to converse with a coworker and told me to go upfront. While this was happening, a man came up to us and told the girl there was only one person working the checkout line. Needless to say, my time was up and I had to run to my appointment. I didn't buy the items I had wanted, and was left with a bad impression--so I likely won't return. read more

I have been here manyyy times since it is fairly close to my house. During the midst of covid I went here a few times to get some things for the house and it was very busy and long lines, which is fine. The only reason for 4 stars is because it can be hard to find any workers on the floor if you have questions/trying to find something. However , At home has MUCH more to choose from as far as home decor compared to a lot of other places. Their prices are very reasonable where you don't feel like you have to break the bank to get nice decor/home essentials. I got a rug for my living room and I absolutely love it. They also have an insiders perk program so be sure to sign up for that (free). So many choices and styles here you will not leave empty handed! read more

Went in to see whats available in this store..well it's a warehouse of indoor and outdoor furniture, pillows, candles (oh man the smell will hit you when you walk in), decorative items, bedding, rugs etc. Anything you need for your house in terms of decor is here for the picking...that being said if you need sales help GOOD LUCK! I did not see a single salesperson on the floor to ask questions...the furniture is on display but if you need an item from up top I have no idea who to ask or how to get your items.. they do seem like they have a great offering...I mean this place is HUGE but you better have a good impedance of what you are looking for when you arrive. read more

So if Homegoods and Costco had a baby, At Home would be it's name. I'm already a Homegoods addict, so just close your eyes and imagine a Homegoods the size and feel of a normal Costco on special steroids. Ok do you see it?! This place can either be good or a bad thing for many. I had no expectations when entering At Home, but when I did - I couldn't believe my eyes! Thinking I'm over exaggerating, okay maybe I am, but I seriously got stressed out looking for stuff; this store is huge! All in all, if you are looking for home decor and you have champagne taste on a beer budget - then At Home is the place for you! Everything is divided by each room of the house: bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. I came in on the hunt to buy a living room rug, and bathroom decor. Initially finding the location where the shower curtains were located was a bit confusing, but after asking one of the friendly associates, we were all good. Much higher quality stuff compared to IKEA, and very similar quality to what you would find in Homegoods. Highly recommend this place! read more

With some much needed "me" time I was able to squeeze this in. Excited about going in the store my legs could not walk fast enough to rid me of the butterflies I presently had. I did get lost in here and ended up losing time, but did find new throw pillows for my bed. If one could express love for a store then I found it. As an individual enters the store the employees have created so many wonderful scenarios that could be used as inspiration for designing their own spaces. I love the uses of color and balance that goes into all these artist creations for the yard and pool area. One can tell that they put a lot of care into this, and it shows. As customers we get to marvel are there masterpieces. For this being the first visit here I was able to navigate the store and find all sorts of amazing things. The store does have an organizational pattern too. The different varieties of their merchandise is huge and oh so impressive. At every turn too there are these red stickers with a line through it and that means discount. Who said that red pen markings were for failure? Here those red marks are for mark downs that save the customers money. The staff here is lovely and so helpful. During the check out process the cashier was professional and highly knowledgeable about home decor. My cashier also commented on how many red markdowns that I had found. Let me start by saying I love At Home, I really do, but their unmatched selection and competitive prices is only part of the shopping experience and not enough to make up for some shortcomings. I guess I should also state that this is the only At Home I have been to so maybe my experience at this location is indicative of the brand as a whole. If it is, that makes me even more disappointed. This would easily be a 4 or 5 star review if they could staff the store appropriately. I have never been to the store where they have more than one register open, regardless of how long the line is. A recent shopping trip made the situation review worthy- with their one register open, the line growing, and the transaction was taking inordinately long. The cashier never radioed for help and no other staff bothered to notice until one of the guests in line went and tracked down an employee asking them to open another register. The employees that are present generally have a bored expression and no discernible retail service acumen. It's not a serious issue but it is always frustrating (because I feel like they intentionally under staff for labor savings) and I know to prepare myself for essentially zero customer service. read more

For a few months i wanted to go into this store, I pass it every day a couple times a day! I was totally disappointed. Not At All what I expected and to the level I expected it to be at! Not once was I greeted by any staff member, I went down every isle, and many looked disorganized, cluttered, and messy! So Sad! Definitely did not look like any of the pictures. I thought the quality over all of many items in the store were cheap looking or crafted , something you would find at a flea market! Not a good experience at all, in fact very disappointed at many levels. The home store would get 5 stars, however you need more than just your covid mask to block out the overwhelming scent of potpourri. Each time I've been in here it seems to get stronger and stronger. Today it finally became so strong my mom and I could no longer stay in line to buy the stuff we wanted. We just put our items down and left. It does not matter if you have a massive inventory of awesome home goods at competitive prices. If I need to plan on coming back with my gas mask because I feel sick from the unhealthy chemical bomb of synthetic scents you pump into the air, that is a major hit to my customer experience, and my ability to be a patron of your store. read more

The switch on it is cheap, but it works so far. I got a large rug from the piles of rugs in the rug section, but heaven help you if you need assistance. Sign reads, "if you can't find the rug you want, you are welcome to take the display". Well good luck trying to take it off the display rack by yourself, because there isn't anyone in sight to help you. My first rug had a huge crease in it and when I went to exchange it, it wasn't a good experience in various ways. Pick your products carefully, there is some junk mixed in with acceptable items. Not sure what's going on here. I walked into something different than what I was expecting. This place seemed like all the clearance items from a Pier One imports or something. I am not sure if this store is complete or if it's being built out at this time or what but there were many isle with no products. There were odds and ends - it was odd to me like, the an entire store of end stacks, like at the back of a drug store, all clearance items and mismatches and what looked to be last years merchandise. Super odd, I didn't buy anything. I did notice just about all the merchandise was marked with tags from Plano, Texas - and ultimately everything i looked close at, was made in China. read more

Ohhh my what a nice store. Very affordable furniture. They have headboards for $199.00 really nice looking chairs for $199.00. Now I didn't sit on the chairs so I'm not sure how comfortable they are. They have barstools that are adjustable. Curtains, area rugs kitchen goods, patio furniture. What I went looking for was electrical kitchen appliances, I didn't see any of that. I bought a curtain rod i think it went up to 72 inches not just a plain white one, but a brass colored one for $12.99. That would have been at least $24.99 at Wal-Mart. When I went to check out, there we're 3 young women at the front working. I kinda felt like I bothered them; because I was ready to check out! So finally one of the girls decided to check me out! Uggggg! Other than that I love the store. It's a huge store so put on your walking shoes and go check it out. read more

LOVE this place! It is VERY big, so wear good walking shoes. It has just about everything and at good prices; fairly wide selections. You can actually get help when you're wondering around the shop. You can ask "Where is this?" Employees have helped us get things from high shelves. An older gentleman helped us get an etierge down and then showed us how it folds! I've exchanged items easily. Initially, I didn't want to bother with their PERKS program but yesterday I made a $550 purchase, which was probably my fifth purchase there; so, when asked again about the PERKS program, I realized that I should say "Yes." It didn't take long. AND when the Cashier saw that my purchase was $569, she said "I'm going to give you the 10% discount today." (When you sign up for PERKS, you'll get 10% off of your next purchase.) That saved me a whole bucket full of money, so I was VERY grateful, as you might imagine. read more

Multiple associates said it would be honored anyways, but this manager raised her voice and essentially said she doesn't care. The selection here is ridiculous, and I'm not sure if I mean it in a good or bad way or both. So easy to get overwhelmed but it's nice to have options. The prices are great but in a lot of instances I have to apply the old adage, "you get what you pay for".... especially when it comes to customer service, which is non-existent. I've come twice looking for something in particular and, both times I've found exactly what I want but there was only one on the shelf, and no employees to be found anywhere. After a while I just gave up walking around aimlessly and left empty-handed both times. This place is MASSIVE and full of great bits for the home. Definitely need at least an hour if you'd like to have a proper look around. Some things are a real bargain while other things I have seen in other stores for way cheaper. It's definitely worth knowing what you're willing to spend on each item. It's just a shame that my experience with staff has been that they clearly seem like they don't want to be there. No smiles, no 'hello' and they also don't seem to remember their 'pleases' and 'thank yous'. Such a shame because it's just the little things! read more

Nice products but they have a customer unfriendly exchange policy. (Return within 60 days with a receipt). But if you lose the receipt, you can exchange for the exact same item. I don't have my receipt and I don't want the exact same product because it doesn't suit the needs in my home. Now I'm stuck with a beautiful $70 shelving unit that won't fit in my house because it's too wide got the area intended. So it's collecting dust, useless, in the shed. I've spent a good amount here in the past 2 years but now I won't shop here any longer. read more
