This is the closest HomeGoods to me and I was looking for two things: A paper towel holder, and a hook to hang a kitchen towel on a cabinet. I came up empty on both fronts. While the store easily had 100 cutting boards, they had exactly one paper towel holder and it wasn't what I was looking for. There was a staff person in the area, but she focused solely on stocking the already overflowing shelves instead of assisting anyone. I did find some salt and pepper grinders, so it wasn't a total waste, but it's mind-boggling that a store with "home" in the title doesn't really carry paper towel holders.

We have had it less than 3 years. The cushions have flattened, the springs have broke and the frame has bent. We have no young kids or large animals. Called the owners 19 times. Half of those time they never answered. Finally after 6 weeks they sent someone out to look at the furniture. He said of yes, we will fix it, it has a lifetime warranty. 4 months later and still not fixed. I called and called and got the same answer.... It's just taking a bit longer than expected. Finally after 5 months they called. Said the parts are in but, it's a third party company coming out to fix it and that's an additional charge. What! Really, 6 months waiting, 19 phone calls, a lifetime warranty and now we have an additional charge. NO thank you. Owner then sent me a text saying they would "eat" the cost of fixing it because it took 6 months to get the parts. However; she said the manufacturer told her the springs are not bent. So those wouldn't be fixed. We had to buy a seat pad to place on top of the one recliner so we don't sink onto the floor. No one from their company came out to even look at the problem.
